I HATETHISPLACEANDTHEWORKERS! Pros: It’s a Zales. check for clearance and sales. You might find something decent sometimes, but you’re better off just buying it online or at an actual Zales outlet. Cons: Okay. so first. it’s a Zales so it’s usually pretty overpriced especially since it isn’t an outlet store even with the sales and clearance items, but HOLYSH*T. the sales people make me want to cut my wrists. SOOOOO pushy. like ridiculously pushy that they ignore everything that you say and try really hard to con you into signing up for a credit card or buying something. ANYTHING. There was this Filipino lady and this older white lady(I think). Oh my god. they would not shut up. All I wanted to do was to look at the sales and just see what designs they had, but they kept pushing and pushing and pushing and in the end they ended up getting to me sign up for their god forsaken credit card –____-. I thought I was signing up for some newsletter or club or something(bad life decisions. yeah I know), but once I had to put my SS and my salary info and etc. ugh I should have just walked out right then and there. They kept pushing the fact that they have lay away this and no interest for this and zero APR for the whole year this and etc etc. DIDYOUNOTHEARWHAT I SAIDAREYOUDEAF? I said if I’m going to buy a ring. I’m going to pay for it outright. Not EVERYONE makes payments on EVERYTHING they own lady. I don’t believe in making payments besides for bills like cell phone, mortgage and the monthly provider things!.. I mentioned that more than once and you still kept pushing all that BS. now I have to wait a bit then cancel that stupid card after a few years or so. It’s sitting in my drawer at home collecting dust. thanks for nothing. It doesn’t end there!.. next there’s the older lady. luckily my girlfriend isn’t one of those girls that are like«omg such pretty! r u gunna buy me dat big ring? PLZDORIGHTNOW even though it’s ten thousand $s because I’m a princess and I deserve the best of the best of the best!» Anyways. this lady pissed me off even more. They went from trying to sell me this smaller thing to something that was much bigger and almost double the cost. They acted as if I was going to buy it and propose to her right then and there –____-. then they kept saying«oh don’t you think she deserves something this nice?» Lady please… Those CZ rings that you were wearing all over your hands don’t mean anything.(Yeah I noticed) but they were so damn forceful and sometimes I just don’t know when to stop being polite and just bail. Luckily where I failed my SO succeeded. she said we had to go and we’re late and we left without another word lol. Anyways. Now I’m stuck with a garbage credit card that I have to cancel later on down the road. I guess I’ll never get that 800 credit score at this rate –___-.

My daughter and I came in looking to get a family heirloom pair of earrings fixed and were advised that there was not a jeweler on site and that they could be shipped off to be repaired. I am not comfortable with doing that so I declined. Andrew the sales man asked if I would like to have my rings cleaned while I waited for the quote and I thought that was very personable and great service. I was able to find some items that I fell in love with and a a great price. Just because of the customer service I will definitely come back. There is a great sale going on right now as well. Sounds like a win, win to me.

I’m a stickler for customer service and I have to say I was very pleased with the sales staff, especially the manager of the store. Very knowledgeable and accommodating especially when I needed to have the ring I purchased re-sized. I was kept up to date on the status of my ring and very happy when I picked it up. Highly recommended…

Worst experience!!! My husband bought me my engagement ring in April and everything seemed like it was good. However, when we went back in to go shopping for our wedding bands, the male sales people were cool and nice but the head lady was pushy and short tempered. Instead of asking me what I liked, she told me. «This one matches» and handed it to me and then left. RUDE! THEN, the center diamond in my ring fell out and luckily my husband purchased the lifetime warranty for it. When I called to see what the best procedure was, the girl on the other end of the phone was completely unknowledgable and unhelpful. She had no idea what was covered in the warranty, how long it was going to take.etc.(not to mention her nasty attitude) My husband took it in for me since I was too frustrated to deal with it. And after telling them in person what the problem was they asked, «are you sure you bought it at Zales?»(LIKEMYHUSBANDWOULDNTKNOWWHEREHEBOUGHTIT! YARIGHT) He said please look up my account. After three times of telling her his name and getting another lady to help, they finally found him and confirmed that he did in fact buy it there. Then they took it from him saying it would be ready for pick up on the 26th(two weeks later). The 26th rolled around and no phone call came confirming its delivery so we called in. They said they didnt know what i was talking about and changed the time from from and exact date to «it could take anywhere between 2−4weeks». As frustrating as all that was to deal with, we called two days ago asking where it was(it has now been over 5weeks since we dropped it off). They said that it would be delivered yesterday and ready for pick up today. We shouldve known that when my husband went to pick it up today, they couldnt find it anywhere!!! It is now lost. SOMAD. LONG story short… it has been a terrible experience at this Zales. Avoid at all costs. I wish we could get refunded and go somewhere else!

Update on my original review about my diamond that was chipped by Zales. We were told the manager would call my husband the next day and she did not. My husband had to finally call the store himself and he was told to come in to the store AGAIN and speak to the manager. By telling us the manager would call when she did not, this Zales branch has already shown us that they wont hesitate to lie to customers. Will continue to update on the situation, if the manager ever takes the time to meet with us.

The worst experience ever!!! I’m so frustrated of their customer service! We bought a ring(everything was fine from the beginning) and it needed a resizing. I repeated multiple times that I need exactly 5.5 size. Sales person said ok. So after the 16 days of waiting we got a ring. Girl who was working there turned over the ring without putting it in little bag or box! What is this grocery or a diamond ring??? And guess what? It wasn’t a right size!!! I was mad and just returned the ring back. With type of customer service I’m never going back there again.

I took my Movado watch, which I rarely wear, in for a battery replacement. Two weeks later I get a call from Zales saying that my watch had extensive water damage and that it would cost over $ 1000(for a watch that new would cost around $ 700-$ 800) to repair. They essentially wanted to replace the entire mechanism. I told them all I wanted was the battery to be replaced. When I picked my watch up it wasn’t working. So I took it in to a another watch repair place that checked the watch for water damage and checked the battery that they supposedly replaced and found nothing wrong with the watch. The battery was only an 1⁄8 charged(because they never did in fact change it). I got the battery replaced for $ 3 and my watch is running fine. Zales seems like a great place to go if you want to get ripped off.
