The service is terrible. Their over priced andthey serve old food and if you’re not a customer they will not let you use the restroom.

The chicken was fine but the service was horrid. They refused to give me a water cup «which is illegal to deny in California» even though my friend had just had a chocking scare. The ladies working were rude and combative when I tried to inform them that it was the law to provide water. Really frustrating especially since I had already spent money here

Employees here have major attitude problems. They are unprofessional and rude to customers. Management needs to make some changes because this wingstop is empty almost every time i visit.

I think I’m done with this place, for two reasons.
1. Service — you really have to watch these people. They consistently get orders wrong. I think they all mean well, but none of them ever seem to know what’s going on.
2. Food — the last two times I’ve gotten boneless wings, there have been at least 1 or 2 that are full of grey gristle-y…something. It’s gross.
It’s too bad, because it’s really convenient for me to order food online, drive 5 minutes and grab my food without missing too much action in the middle of a football game.

I went inside to place my order and the lady at the register said «we’re out of bone in». So I order boneless chicken.
When we get done with our food. A to go order from someone who came in after us gets called up. She says «8 bone in wings to go»
WTF. Seriously?!?

Called to place my order and had me on hold for 35 mins, I get there still on hold and the place is completely empty so I go up to them to ask them why I’m still on hold with the phone in my hand… And the laugh. 5 people working yet none of them were professional enough to apologize. On top of that the drink dispenser was missing alot of flavors. Worst location to buy from this franchise

Worst wingstop ever, waited 20 – 25 mins for my food, then it was not even what I ordered. This is not the first time it has happened. Incompetent staff and subpar food. No thanks. I asked for a manager only to find out the person who had been helping me was the manager. Really? Get it together lol

Okay so I ordered a 6 piece combo with fries, boneless wings were burnt. And my fries were soggy as shit when I asked for crispy. My friend ordered hot wings bone in that didn’t even taste like the hot flavor and her fries were soggy as hell as well. My other friend (we all ordered together carry out) bone in wings he ordered and the wings had way too much sauce they were soaked and soggy and fries were ordered seasoned but came unseasoned (we all ordered seasoned and they were not) and his fries were soggy as well. Very disappointed and annoyed… Seriously Wingstop?

First time trying Wingstop, so this review is based off never trying their food at another location but this one.
Ordered the lemon pepper and original hot wings. The lady at the cashier was pretty nice, had no problems with her. They did however, were kind of slow with the food. It wasn’t busy, and there was no one else ahead of us. We probably waited at least 20 minutes before our order was ready.
The lemon pepper wings were good, wasn’t too salty. I wasn’t fond of the original hot wings though. The seasoned fries that came with it had too much salt, but I promptly fixed it by dumping it into my honey mustard.
Overall, the wings were decent. Nothing about this place stands out. The flavors aren’t good enough to make me want to come back for more. Mediocre wings, mediocre flavor. Maybe another location will be better, but until then.

How did my little order that was quoted to be done in 10 mins take 30 minutes??? Never again, there was a large African American man making the food as slow as molasses, I’ve never seen such a snails pace in fast food in all my years! wow! I look at him, and he puts the food on the side, and looks at me, turns around and moves on to the next order. he triple checked it, and took his sweet time opening the bag, and putting the contents inside. I have a child waiting, we are not here to sit around forever on a to go order. they are forgetful, slow, disorganized, I will not come to this one if I can avoid it. the owner or mgr needs to get them to move faster or hire more people if they want to repeat business.

I give up on this location.
Don’t give this place your time or money because you will wait for over 20 minutes just to find out your order is incorrect!
Drive to BUFFALO WILD WINGS it’s only less than 10 minutes away!
I ordered 6 pc bone Parmesan garlic combo (which includes fries), ranch, cheese and also another order of 5 lemon pepper bone wings TOGO.
Got my order and they gave me boneless Parmesan garlic. I told the lady who brought me my food and she told me «well that’s what you told the cashier». Lol wtf!!! After arguing a little they told me to bring back in my food. Kept my food for a couple of minutes then gave it back without my boneless Parmesan garlic chicken. Like what did you have to do with all my food to just take back one of the chicken orders?!
I didn’t even drink my soda I PAID FOR. Other customers were very angry that they couldn’t get the soda they wanted and all the workers said is that this is what they had. Wtf!!!
I asked for my cheese dip and she said well you did not order it and I said she must of not heard me tell her but my boyfriend obviously did and the other customers around me.
She said well it’s .75cents so my boyfriend went to pay and she said oh. Well nvm its $ 1.09. Lol get your sh*t together.
Still waiting on my chicken after being here over 30 minutes.
Very disappointed in this establishment I will be giving my complaint to the cooperate! This hasn’t happened once but plenty of times that I have came here.

Disgusted!!! Went to wingstop in vegas and loved it. Googled it and i was wondering how come i never heard of wingstop and i lived in sd for 17 years and love chicken lol. Now i know! Went there yesterday and for one i couldn’t deal with the cashier so i sent my better half in there… two, when i bit into that disgusting, stale, disgustingly stale oil drenched bun/​muffin whatever you call it, i had to throw away the whole food. Honestly, who ever is managing this, owing this place, representing it… should be reported to the health inspection people. That bun smh dranched in stale, stank ass oil.

Sad to say i made a Unilocal just to give yoh guys a revieve. So I come in and all the tables were dirty. No one was trying to help me out and then I finally talked to this lady with glasses that was so rude. Ridiculous rude. No manners. She wouldn’t answer my question without giving a bad remark. Then the food wasn’t cooked all the way it was raw. I spent about $ 15 to nibble on bad food. Very disappointed. I like Wingstop but this location is not good.

I enjoy the food– just not the service. 14 minutes on hold to phone in an order and THEN I have to wait another 14 minutes for the food?! Yeah, no thanks.

Pretty upset with my last visit to say the least. I waited about 25 minutes for hard, overcooked boneless wings. I also found out that the veggie sticks DO NOT come with ranch or blue cheese. The wings were so hard my fork broke on em. Well, at least Chipotle will be opening soon. I tried Wingstop, but I’ve had better from here which tells me the quality has dropped.

wingstop can never go wrong. an order of louisiana rub and season fries keeps me happy. my favorite part about wingstop is the taste and quality of their food is consistently delicious! that’s why my family and i are loyal customers!
* this location does in fact have the cool soda machines. but no free water cups. =(

I suggest you take your order as a carry out instead of eating it here. It is unsanitary. The tables are sticky and all of the straws are sticky too. The soda machine is just dirty.
I come here on a weekend and there are usually two or three people working. It is extremely slow and sometimes the workers just talk with attitude to you. They lack customer service. Rarely they are nice, but I can understand customers who are rude to them can ruin their day, or they just hate their job.
The wings and fries are good, depending who’s making it. Sometimes it is bad and sometimes it is good. It really depends.

Love/​hate relationship with this place. I love chicken wings and this is the closet spot i can get to decent chicken wings. Sometimes the staff is friendly and other times the staff have attitude, are always rushing and the cashier talks way to fast for me to understand.
Anyways, my favorite kind of flavor wings are the Louisiana Rub, bone in. Sometimes their fries are bomb dot com and other times they’re burnt and flavorless! Same thing with the wings; the wings can be moist and packed with flavor, other times their wings are so small and barley any seasoning on them!
I do like this place when they get my order right and the meal satisfies me. I dislike this place when customer service is poor and the food makes me cringe.

It is what it is.
It’s one step up from fast food and I wasn’t expecting too much. Wanted to try a few flavors so I got a combo of: garlic parm, teriyaki, hawaiian, hot and lemon pepper. The garlic parm was my favorite. I agree with many of the reviews, the wings are pretty small and I feel like I could have gotten a much better meal somewhere else for the price. Wanted to try it at least once. The fries I got were a bit greasy and everything was drenched in sauce and made my stomach hurt a little bit. I don’t regret trying it, but this is probably the one and only time!
