Prices are okay, but try to buy on sale because even though it’s an outlet the regular prices seem rather high. We were talking to a rep and she was very helpful, we had told her about a few other jackets we’d seen at other stores and were unsure if we would be buying a jacket at wilson due to the price, and so they gave us a bit of an extra discount, and that made it worth it.

Lack of communication between the team. I phoned in to see if they had a jacket in my size. Sounding completely clueless she then hands over the phone to a manager in which she asked me to describe the jacket which I did (I was understanding and not angry at that time) I also mentioned to her I have the upc or sku to make things much more simple for both of us (which was the way they looked up my size when I first purchased the item).Once the description was given she told me we don’t have that item. we hang up I go to the store with my jacket in tow and as soon as I walk in the same jacket is on the wall. the tell was making conversation with another customer understandably but did not acknowledge me for a while. I still had my eyes set on the jacket which now I then pointed out and even then so after she was done talking to the other customers did not bother to check on my size. All in all I was hoping to be a continuing customers but I rather not deal with bad service.

Loving this store omg!!! 100% leather and cleaners for under 50 bucks. 400+ for purses and marked down to under 50 bucks… I’m officially in leather heaven! I love their designs, their durability and their reputation. Best mother’s day gift ever I could have gotten for my mother. I’m definitely coming back here.

Well those chickens found the store to represent them. This store is so full of leather you can practically feel the penitent spirits of the cows haunting the merchandise and whispering in your ear «buy another jacket», «Mooooooooo looose some weight so I look better on you»
Outside the cow spirits that haunt the building, their prices are amazing and their selection superb. Not too many brand names, but their products are as good as brand names.

They have the greatest deals! My hubby bought a jacket there thats MSRP is $ 200+ and he ended up paying $ 50 for it.
