Been living for 1 year now. Great place to live. With month-month rent, no worries about lease break.

Been living here for 2 years now. I like it a lot. Great location, very convenient, good price and everyone is very friendly. I do like the pool/hot tub area. Most neighbors are nice. On the other hand, parking is very bad. I have also seen people driving freeway speed in the parking lot, which concerns me because I see a couple children and teens riding bikes and playing in the parking lot. The cabinets are OLD. Mine smell like they have never been cleaned before, I scrubbed evry single one of them in the entire house but the smell will not go away. Other than that I like it here a lot.

I lived here about 3 years ago during my college years, but I will tell you my experience was pretty good there. The complex is a bit older but the leasing staff and maintenance crew were great. The complex was quiet and always kept clean and tidy. I felt safe living here. My roommate and I never had issues with parking, but for our guests sometimes they had difficulties finding street parking. The prices were reasonable as well. One day I came back from a vacation after it had rained in San Diego and found all this mold had grown around my bedroom window. I let management know I was feeling very sick being around this mold, and they immediately arranged to move us to another apartment that was actually an upgrade with a second bathroom for no extra charge(we originally were in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath) and they paid for movers to move all our things. I was impressed with how quickly they handled that situation and we never had mold problems again. I moved on due to life changes with my roommate. The only thing that would make this place better is if they allowed cats, and then maybe I would move back. :)
