Wendy’s

The guy at the register wasn’t sure how to put everything in the system, so it took awhile to get our order in. He called everything back to the cookers like he was supposed to do, but even though I ordered my#6 plain with cheese and bacon added it still had everything on it. When I brought it back up, the cookers were confused why I just wanted just a top bun rather than remaking it and wasting their money. The food was good after that was fixed.

The food is decent, and the staff is nice, but they need to step up their service a little. They forgot two things in our order, and it turns out that we weren’t the only ones. We saw someone else get up and let them know that they forgot something from their order. Otherwise, the food is just like every other Wendy’s. Service is fast, and even though they forgot a couple items, when we let them know, they immediately gave us what we were missing.

This Wendy’s is awesome the staff is really nice, the establishment was very clean and the manager even came out to ask if we wanted a refill. Great place. Thank you.

It’s your typical Wendy’s. The only great thing about this location is at lunch time they are usually very fast and you have very minimal waiting time in the drive thru.

This place is just great! I love they’re into detail. They’re service is just so wonderful & fast! And they’re food doesn’t come out sloppy! And my food comes out delicious

my boyfriend and I just drove out all the way from la jolla to get Wendy’s from this location and they were closed, their signs all say open until 11… it’s 10 o’clock. Don’t ever go to this location, we also saw a homeless man pissing on the door. They lost my business forever.

I don’t think I have ever given 4 stars for a fast food spot but this Wendy’s gets it. Not only is the food always fast and fresh but the silver haired gentleman who I believe is the manager is the most friendly employee I have come across. He is warm and always provides amazing customer service. I visit here often for convenience reasons mostly but secondly due to the amazing service with a smile. Well done!

My wife and I are the biggest fans of Gary and his staff, we appreciate the work these guys put in at the fine dining establishment!

As a former employee (in a different state), I absolutely love Wendy’s and the Clairemont Mesa Blvd location is fantastic. I’ve never had a wrong order. Service is fast and friendly.

Drove by just now at about 9:05pm and all the lites were off, Wendys sign was off and so was drive thru, maybe Unilocal needs to adjust the real store hours

While, normally, Wendy’s us Wendy’s and it’s kinda the same wherever, the staff here is always on top of things and just so nice and friendly, I thought I’d put a review on here just so everyone knows what a great staff they have here! :)

I just left. Told my friend to hold on because I had to review my drive thru experience I just had.
Gary, the manager was so sweet and I could tell his employees were happy to be working with him. They were SO fast at taking my order and having it ready for me. I told him how impressed I was and he was so humble saying it’s their job and smoking.
Awesome!

Fast Food Chain…
Quality of service was good, they seem to make an effort and care — plus, huge plus when talking chain foods
I buy salads from here because they make the effort to put out a quality company product line. Again — a good feature I like to see in the fast food industry: is it good & what I expect

My burger was great but the fries were so over cooked I couldn’t even eat them they ended up in the trash can, disappointed

i never seem to have good luck at Wendy’s…and i’m not sure why. I went there at lunch, you’d think that with such you’d get fresh hot food. Wrong I ordered the fish sandwich and it was luke warm at best… I even found the fries to be luke warm… I just don’t get it.

The last two times I’ve come here they’ve had to give me part of my money back because they couldn’t produce my order. «I’m sorry but it’s gonna be ten minutes for your nuggets» doesn’t fly when you’re on lunch… If I had an extra ten minutes I’d be eating something better than Wendy’s.
Yes the place is clean, yes the staff is friendly… But that means nothing when I’m late getting back to work because of their incompetence. If you’re on a time limit and you want a burger go across the street to Carl’s Jr.

Came to Wendy’s today to get something from the Dollar menu. I do not go to Wendy’s often however, I would like to make a suggestion to them. Please place a menu in your drive thru to read prior to getting up to the ordering window. I am sure that most people already know what is on the menu, but for those of us who do not it would be easier to read it prior to getting up to the ordering area with out having a melt down. Today we got the natural fries and a dollar burger. We were expecting a double cheese burger like the commerical says but that was not available. The food was good and the fries were awesome. The service was quick and efficient. The parking lot was clean and the experience was pretty nice.

I’ve been coming here for years, and they’ve been pretty consistently good. Their burgers and sandwiches seem pretty fresh. Even though this place can get pretty packed, the drive-​thru moves incredibly quickly. By the time I’ve ordered and gotten to the window, my food is ready to go. Customer service has improved quite a bit. I see the manager at the drive-​thru window quite a bit, and he does a great job of making sure customers are taken care of. My only complaint about this place is that they seem to make quite a few mistakes on orders. I usually have some sort of special order and they probably get it right about 75% of the time — not bad, but not great either.

There is just something about Wendy’s that says RUN!!! I mean come on, burgers aren’t supposed to be square… burgers are round.
With that being said, there is something that makes me run to Wendy’s. For a fast foot place, this place is not a bad option. Not in the mood for fries? Well you can order a baked potato, chili or a salad. Not in the mood for a square burger? Have one of the many chicken options that is actually chicken and not a processed chicken patty. Not in the mood for a soda? Indulge in a shake.
Point is, Wendy’s has plenty of options.
This location is busy during the lunch hour but there always seems to be plenty of seating either inside or out. I’m not a huge fan of sitting outside though because it is loud and I usually order my meal without exhaust fumes.
As with all Wendy’s, they don’t have a self serve soda machine so you need to bring your cup back to the counter to get a refill. A little inconvenient to say the least and I’m not sure how that would cut down on costs in the long run.
Staff here is friendly and while it is busy, the service is typically pretty quick.
