Don’t call this company! We purchased a living social deal to get our carpets cleaned. Called and made an appointment. They scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance and gave us a 2 hour window, which was fine. The day came, no confirmation call and they were a no show! We called numerous times and received no response or a call back. We requested a refund from living social and wrote them to beware of this company and not put their deals online anymore.

If I could give this –5 stars I would. This company is a COMPLETE RIPOFF. I purchased a living social deal. The company would not honor the deal unless I paid extra for more treatment. They should be turned into The better business bureau. The worst part is it wouldn’t have been a big deal if they had told me over the phone. Instead they told me when they arrived. Unbelievable. I missed work and didn’t even receive the service. If you value honesty and great customer service, do not use this company.
