I had an amazing experience working with Mark for a total kitchen remodel a few years ago after my kitchen flooded and was gutted by plumbers who were sent in by my condo association. My kitchen turned out beautiful and Mark exceeded all of my expectations. He helped make my first experience with a contractor positive and seamless. I am finally ready to remodel my bathroom and can’t wait to start working with Mark again. Mark has helped make my dreams a reality!

I’ve used Wagner Tile a few times and I’m just now getting around to writing a review.
I first used WT to install a large garden tub and the cement board around the tub/​shower. I’m pretty handy and finished the rest of the job myself, but I’m glad I was able to find an expert willing to do a «smaller» job.
Since my first job went well with Wagner, I decided to use them again for a complete remodel of our guest bathroom. I did all the demo work, and a week later Wagner had already finished the job to my satisfaction.
I would definitely use Wagner Tile again in the future.

Mark just finished my parents bathroom. He was very professional, on time and his work was excellent. He even worked around the fact that the HOA did not shut the water off so he had to improvise. He also reinforced the walls to put in two shower handles for my parents with no extra labor charge. We are very pleased with his work and will hire him again in the future. The bathroom looks great!

Mark was great for the remodel of our master bathroom. I contacted him via email and he promptly came out to our house and gave us an estimate to demo a nasty old pink tiled shower and replace it with a sparkly new glass enclosure. The estimate was very reasonable and he was willing to work with our schedule to start the work when it was most convenient for us. He showed up on time every morning and cleaned up after himself each day. The end result of the master bath shower was really beautiful (I will try to post a picture soon). We would happily hire him again and wouldn’t hesitate to refer him to our friends or neighbors.

I had a very good experience with Mark. He is both a plumber and tile setter which is a good combination when remodeling a bathroom and replacing a 30 year old fiberglass shower pan with a tile one. His bid was quite reasonable and his work is excellent. He does all the work himself and takes his time to do an exact job. He always showed up for the job each day he was supposed to. He knows what he is doing and is a no nonsense sort of guy. Some may find that too abrasive but it also matches my personality so I had no problems dealing with him. I was also able to do a lot of the contract approval and choice of tile and shower track choices via email and web links to the exact product I wanted. Saved a lot of time and confusion.
