Bad experience! Went in to replace the cracked screen on my iPhone 4S as well as the back part of the phone which was also cracked. 1. Installs a faulty screen which had to be viewed at an angle in order to make out what you were looking at. 2. Replaces back end with one which didn’t properly fit into my phone. 3. Last but not least, returns phone minus 2 bottom screws which I happened to notice on my own two days later.
Called him the next day to try and remedy these issues, told me to call him back in a week when he gets «more screens». Called him a week later, his response: «well all the other screens I have are pretty much the same and the owners keep ordering them from the same place, so I don’t know what to tell you». Super lame!

Went there to drop off my sisters fell laptop that’s screen was no longer working. They didn’t have the screen in stock since it was led but ordered it right away with expedited shipping at no extra cost. The laptop was good as new in about 2 days later after they got the part in. Only charged me $ 60 and they did a really excellent job on it. Highly recommend them for quick, efficient, & quality repair.

Took my Sony Vaio laptop in to replace the keyboard. 1 hour and less than $ 50. Excellent work and customer service. I even saw the young guy wrangle successfully with an upset lady who has been «using Apple Ipod for 10 years and has never seen this.» I’m taking my wife’s laptop in for a screen repair.
