Never again. They messed up my prescription and the lady selling the frames said it was the right prescription, when the optometrist took a look, she said it was wrong. never again. NEVERRRRRAGAIIINNNNNNNNNNN.

Always friendly when im there despite the abundance of customers. They seem extremely short staffed. With the few people that are there i always get great customer service if i wait. Decent selection of glasses for youth and elderly. Usually get them with in 2 weeks as well. Ive bought 2 pairs so far. They occasionally have a student doing an internship learning in there but i usually only see 3 full/part time employees. They need help but they’re great people. Only complaint i would have is they’re always busy but that just means they’re gonna try and get us out faster

Excellent service :). Great people working there. After turning 40 years, i realized there was something odd with my sight :(so i went to a different eye exam place first, and it felt i was so out of place, kind of cold treatment so i left. As soon i arrived to First Sight Vision Center, the girl there was so understanding, she saw i was feeling lost so she walked me thru the process and took me to the other area where the actual eye exam is. Also very pleasant experience there, the receptionist was so warm and patient with my questions. The eye doctor man was simply the best explaining what was going on with me and he was a very charming old man. Overall i would describe this place as caring, efficient and affordable. The waiting time for the glasses is 7 to 10 days but, i can handle that. Go there, great service.

This place was a bit hard to find at first arrival. I went in last week to have my glasses upgraded and you have to find the door past where the glasses are actually located for the eye exam. On a whim I asked them to check my insurance to see if vision was included because I did not think it was. The first thing the receptionist asked me was to see my medi-cal card. I was so offended. I was dressed nice, my hair was combed… what made her decide that I was a welfare medi-cal recipient? I took a deep breath, flashed her a dirty look and got my PPO card out and handed it to her. I came here because of a commercial that I saw in reference to a plan if the glasses were damaged. This place is in need of a cleaning, a deep cleaning. The chair were so filthy that I would not even sit down. The chairs have white fluid stains and hair all over them. YUCK. Ok, so I get past that part and meet Dr. Loa. She has a welcoming smile and is very proper. Dr. Loa made me feel very comfortable. The exam was quick and almost painless. That room was also in need of someone to come in and clean in there also, not just clean power clean. Next, door is where my customer service experience was just amazing. I was assisted by a young lady and I can not remember her name I promise to come back and add her name when I go get my glasses because you need to know. She took me through all of the frames and helped me pick out a pair. She was extremely knowledgeable and also had a fashion flair about her. She was concerned with the weight of the glasses and the style that will fit both my face and lifestyle. Her customer service was very reassuring that I picked the correct pair. After me mentioning about the filthy chairs she allowed me to sit on an employee stool. I know I sound like a snob but that is just what happens when you get past your twenty’s… Gross is just what it is. A few hiccups but ended up pretty successful. I hope my glasses will help me to see better. I would also like to see the Dr. get more of an updated station like Kaiser had. I am excited to get my glasses.
