Got referred to Valley Industrial by the folks at Ferguson after stumping them. Rob (the Branch Manager) was great to work with — treating it like a puzzle we were solving together (even though I have zero plumbing experience) and providing helpful advice and fine-​tuning of the replacement parts. So much better to deal 1:1 with someone clearly knowledgeable and passionate about his work when that is offered — thanks Rob!

Totally agree with Carolyn S and Billy B! Had a piece of faucet hardware that was difficult to find, also the washers. It was an older faucet set, and needed to know which seat washer was going to fit/​work. Rob (branch manager) and another employee helped with getting the right tools for the job. Only take cash, but ATM right down street if it comes to it. Again, great help with the specific equip to do the job!

These people have a wonderfully In depth understanding of plumbing parts and can find pieces even San Diego Hardware is unable to order.
The hot water handle from our bathtub broke off in my hand. I then managed to drop it into the tub and break it. I looked everywhere for a replacement handle — online, Loews, Home Depot, San Diego Hardware. We were sent here by San Diego Hardware.
Not only did they find me a handle to precisely match the one I broke but they hooked us up with a kit to replace the broken piece inside the handle. This saved us the cost of replacing the entire piece. (About $ 60).
Easy free parking and excellent service.
