Lacking beer options. They only have the nasty cheap ones. None of the local craft beers. Most similar liquor stores in the city have way better options, putting this place behind. It would be worth travelling farther for a good drink.

I used to go to this liquor store daily since it’s basically across the street from my house. What I’ve noticed is most of their food, aside from chips, is expired(including milk) food on the shelves are dusty and look like it’s been sitting there since the place opened. The shady bums outside aren’t too bad as long as you take a friend with you. The lighter hanging on the door next to the front door is pretty convenient though, I’ll I’ve them that much. I now walk a littler further and go to the liquor store on Cherokee across from the church.

Its an OKAY liquor store. there isn’t much variety and they close early. but hey beats driving somewhere else if you can just walk here :) And out right in front there’s usually parking on the street in case you’re driving

Dude it’s a Liquor store!!! Prices on alcohol and beer are really good. Staff is a little cold to customers. Store is usually really clean inside but bums outside can make you think twice before stopping here. Place is OK for a last minute buy.

What do you expect from a corner liquor store? They have all the drinks you could want at average prices. And they have a water dispenser for 20¢/gallon. For the people who say its in a sketchy part of town or the characters near are shady then you have been sheltered. It’s not that bad.

What’s the point of this place? There are other way nicer liquor stores within WALKING distance! Of course, if you like expired products, sketchy patrons and a building that seems to be actively rotting, then go for it.

Twins is THAT liquor store on the corner of your block, the one where you swear you wouldn’t live a single house closer to it because of the loitering bums but that you hate to admit that you love having around for when it’s 11pm and you need soda water and/or cash back. Loitering bums aside… the place is still pretty bad. There’s an inordinate amount of incense in the store considering the shabby quality of the patrons, the combination of which make a distinct aroma that keeps me from staying the store for more than 5 minutes without getting a massive headache. This is the type of store that has it’s six packs of beer and sporadically stuffed in packets of dusty cake decorations that are at least 15 years old. I’ve heard from my neighbors that the foodstuffs have bugs as well. With all this considered, the prices are ok and they’ll give you cash back with purchases and/or for fifty cents, so it’s redeemable… as long as you make the trip as quick as possible.
