I went to get a massage there yesterday, and it was downright strange. It might have been a language barrier, culture barrier, or I am just used to different methods. If you go here, make sure you set boundaries up front. There were some moments I felt extremely uncomfortable physically. The price was reasonable, but not worth the stress. After the massage, I had to walk to an ATM in the dark in an unfamiliar location because they only take cash(not expressed anywhere in writing or verbally).

I came here at the beginning of June when JD was in town for 1 ½ hour full body massages for us both. This is his spot so I said I would give it a try, although my typical massage is in a more spa like setting. The place is not much to look at… a reception area, community style low beds for the foot massage/reflexology stuff and then a few private full body massage rooms, downstairs and up. Just like at the spas, you strip down to your comfort level and shortly after the masseuse entered and gets to work to get those knots out. My masseuse ensured my comfort level throughout and ask if the pressure was good a few times. Small talk was not made just a great rub down received. Only negative worth mentioning was that he went to answer his phone at some point during my massage… was not gone long but still, then it rang again later and he ignored it(thankfully) but I still had to be disrupted with the annoying ringtone. Regardless I will say the massage was much needed and completely relaxing during & well after it was finished.

This is my hidden secret. I am on my feet a lot, especially when the Padres are in town. The $ 25 dollar foot massage is soo much more. You get more than what you pay for. It’s a full body and temple massage, arms and legs, then feet. I swear I leave feeling just as relaxed and rejuvenated as a $ 150 dollar Spa Massage. K, so the place is a little dingy and it is not luxurious– but who cares! For $ 25 dollars, it’s worth its weight in gold!

went here last week with my boyfriend for side by side foot/reflexology — nicely decorated, very clean, a rather thorough treatment… experience was very relaxing and therapeutic and the price was right :))

This place is the best. Great service, massage technique, and price all in one. You leave that place happy and completely satisfied. Ask for Ivy. Wow !

Don’t bother. I’ve tried a few of these 1 hr foot massage for $ 20 bucks. First, this one doesn’t last quite an hour and be ready for a lot of talking. It was relatively civil and then a 3rd person came in and started arguing with the person massaging next to me. I had to look up and my person told them to quiet down. Didn’t help, she left and came back to resume the argument. Paid my $ 20, no tip and left.

It is the best place ever! Better massage than in many spas I went to. Ok, staff almost doesn’t speak English, so you don’t have to keep going on small talk and relax instead. The prices are radiculously low, so you can afford a nice tip. They deserve it.

I was skeptical at first, but since this new place is owned by the same owner as my nail salon, we thought we’d give it a try. What a place. SIMPLE, but clean, professional, and extremely well-priced. Although it is called a «Foot Spa», they do full body massage as well. And oh, so inexpensive: a full body massage that lasted for a full hour only cost $ 45. And it was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. I had«Linda», a darling Chinese woman who doesn’t speak English and my husband had«Kim», a soft-spoken Vietnamese woman who he said was extremely strong.(You can also get just the«foot spa» treatment which looked awesome as well.) One thing I really appreciated about this place was that there are no Eastern spiritual overtones; no statues, no nothing. Just a calming, classy Asian environment, run by a lovely couple, Kevin and Kim. I also liked that they don’t use oils, rather, some other moisture that doesn’t mess up your hair and smells SO great. I highly recommend them.
