I am the seller — the buyers picked TRUMP to do a termite inspection.
Super friendly… but friendly almost in a weird way.
Mark was here 5 minutes — and stated we had to tent for termites in the attic.
I got a second opinion and they couldn’t find a trace of termites in the attic after spending about 20 minutes up there! The 2nd company did find dry rot in 3 places that was not written up at all with TRUMP.
Now I know why he was so friendly and open — UGH

Trump did an inspection on my house yesterday, excellent service and Mark was the friendliest guy you will ever want to meet! Very professional, I was extremely pleased!

Service sometimes trumps quaility.
I just bought a home and they did the tent fumigation for the place and replaced some wood. They did a good enough job, but placed their warning sign on the molding of the front door, which tore off the paint when I took it down. When confronted about it, they said it wasn’t their responsibility. Service is everything, they failed.
In addition, I later found out that they had broken a light fixture on the front of the house and hid the problem by loosely hanging the fixture back on there. I didn’t notice it until I went to put a light bulb back in the fixture.
