I went to Randy after I got the OK from my surgeon and my physical therapist, he has experience w/working w/athletes who have injuries, I had a serious rotator cuff tear so I really needed a specialized training program to push my mentally and physically but at the same time keep in mind that we had to balance that w/a freshly sutchered and anchored shoulder… Several of the issues that made working w/Randy so epic is that he truly is «personal» in that he’ll work on a diet plan that works for YOUR lifestyle of body-type and not throw some blanket plan on you… He emails you to check up on you, sends you texts, and will chat with you on the phone with consultations… On days you don’t workout with him he will give you a workout plan to work with to make sure you stay on goal so it’s not like once you walk out the door he forgets about you until you see him again, it’s the exact opposite, the dude is committed to you and your excellence… As for me, I worked out with him during the entire spring and summer and I went from being in constant pain everyday(shoulder surgery does that to ya) and barely able to push pull ANY weight to being able to rock dips, pushups as easy as I’m breathing(and I just rocked a deadlift over 400lbs!), it took time and it took a lot of tweaking but that’s what a personal trainer does, finds a program that works for you and once we were on track we were butter babee! Randy won’t get you in and kick you out at exactly an «X» amount of time, you workout until you’re done, it’s comprehensive and it pushes you, for me it was about strength and conditioning and he explained the method to the madness… I dig and and I know you will as well when you give him an opportunity yo’z!
