I started going to Dr. Lamb six months ago for help with anxiety and depression. I could not be more pleased with the treatment I have received from her. She is professional, warm and really knows her stuff. I like that she listens to me and I feel like I am being heard. I also like the fact that they are always on time… a first for me when going to a psychiatrist’s office.
I would recommend her to anyone including my own family. She might be the best health professional I have ever dealt with and I don’t say that lightly.

This is a great safe place I have talked to the entire staff and they are very empathetic. They have an individual approach to addiction therapy which included fitness this is a very well rounded treatment. As a fitness nurse this is a very effective treatment option.
