Treo At Kettner

This was my first residence as a newly wed couple coming to be stationed in San Diego. I cannot say enough good things about living here. I was taught by grandfather when I was little that the most important thing in real estate is location, location, location. Let me tell you, Treo @ Kettner, has location in spades. Every Saturday is a few blocks a way. There is a bevy of amazing restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Aside from the amazing location the building itself is great. There is an open air courtyard that adjoins the two towers of the building that is ripe with barbeques and there is also a very nice pool and spa. The gym is a bit small with a pretty mediocre selection of equipment. I don’t expect 24 fitness in my complex, but a little more would be nice. The manager of the building is great, whenever we have an issue she is succinct and professional in dealing with it. All in all, living here at Treo has made my stationing in San Diego a blessing. If there are empty units in the building then get the word out, this is the spot!

I have lived here for 3 years. I love the HOA manager and the security guards are all pleasant. The pool is great for swimming laps but small for finding a spot to enjoy some sun when the weather is great. They always keep the grounds looking great and the pool and hot tub are clean.
The building could use some sprucing up on my floor (after it was flooded). But the lobby and community rooms are nice. AMAZING location!

I loved living here. The Association takes care of everything, the building is well maintained and always clean. The neighbors are great crowd.
Very close to everything, walking distance to shops, restaurant and coffee shops, but not too close to bring the crowd and noise in. Love the size of the balcony and the use of the court yard.

A little biased review since we live here but having visited other buildings downtown we thought we would share our living experience at Treo. Convenient to everything yet far enough away to be quiet. View from our unit we still haven’t grown tired off, especially as the sun is setting over the point. On site manager, Sabrina is so helpful and the rest of her staff goes the extra step for us. Building is basically a mix of young and older, lots of pets, and parking plus storage. HOA fees are less than we were paying for our utilities in the Big House before downsizing. Okay we Love it here.
