Absolutely incredible. From their excellent customer service to their knowledge and technical expertise. Couldn’t be happier with the service performed on my 135 year old rusted out pocket watch. It is looking and functioning as new with all original parts. When I first brought the watch in the owner took a considerable amount of time with me and explained both the watches history and exactly what he intended to do in order to restore it. Above and beyond quality service; highly recommend taking your business here.

I came in to have a pin replaced in my watch band. They stopped the other watch repair to fix mine, I was out in five minutes. Small shop but great service. Quick and friendly with no up sale and great price. Stop in if you’re looking for watch repair.
