Very friendly customer service. Can get very busy on the weekends. She is so awesome and does and excellent job. She makes sure you are satisfied before she continues her work. Prices are reasonable. Parking can be a headache depending on when you come, because of the other businesses around. If you get hungry, there are places to around while you wait. Not to mention there is a salon inside. But over all, Tiffany is amazing!

The customer service here is very friendly. Every nail technician does a great job and it’s incredible. The shop is clean and the workers are nice. The best part of the salon are the foot and leg massages. The pressure is perfect and there’s no rush. Vu gives the best massages! Good selections of colors. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend this salon.

Came and asked for a full set with a round tip, obviously not their speciality. All my nails are different shapes none of them look the same. I felt bad because the lady tried but the customer service was better than the actual skills of the nail technicians. Not coming back here. Waste of time.

I came here two weeks ago for an acrylic set with gel polish. I was on a time crunch with a wedding to attend in a couple hours, I was told they would have me out in an hour. Initially I asked for almond shape and my technician asked how pointy I wanted the nails to be and I said, «Not too pointy. Not stilleto, almond shape.» I even showed her a picture of what I wanted. She applied the nail tip and began to heavily apply the acrylic powder. At this point, I wanted to say something but I had hope that she would file the acrylic down. Next thing you know, she filing my nails to be coffin shaped. In the middle of my service, another woman walked in and asked for an eyebrow waxing. All three nail technicians were busy but mine asked if I could wait 5 minutes. That 5 minute wait turned into 20 minutes. At this point, I was so annoyed I just wanted my nails to be done and over with. I ended up requesting two separate gel colors (nude and gold glitter) for my nails and that eventually cost me $ 33. The very next day the nude gel polish showed brown streaks in it and four days later one of my other nails completely cracked and fell off. I was headed out of town and did not have time to return to the shop to get this fixed. I ended up having to go to another nail shop within a week to fix the damage that this place did.
