I lost my mother to cancer last month… Being a 2 pack a day 10+ year smoker I decided to quit. I was given a mutation x v3 that needed a battery and rebuild. However I’m on a very tight budget. After calling a few places and realizing juice, new battery and charger was slightly out of my budget, I called Vape Zone. I spoke with Scott and told him my situation. Let’s just say I walked out of the shop with a fresh rebuild, cotton, juice, 2 batteries and a charger. Scott is one of the rare breeds of humans these days that genuinely gives a shit. He did not have to hook me up like he did. He has earned my loyal business as I begin my journey into Vape life!!!

I’ve been searching around vape shops and this one is by far the best experience I had.
Scott greeted me with, «Hey buddy!» and made me feel welcomed. I purchased a drip atomizer built by him and this thing is awesome! Customer service is top notch here and Scott didn’t make me feel like a noob. He was enthusiastic about vaping and the product he carries which shows you this shop isn’t just there to sell you mediocre products.
The atmosphere of the shop is excellent, the decorations didn’t make me sketch out like some other places which was another plus.
I will definitely come back here again for juices and other supplies.

Again I have been coming here for almost a year. I will never switch to a different shop. This place always takes care of you with top notch service and the most friendly staff ever. Its family owned which makes it a thousand times better. I highly reccomend coming here and you will be amazed. The juice and mods are top shelf with the best prices. Can’t beat it… cape zone for life !!!

I have been going here for just over 2 months and still haven’t found a flavor that I don’t like! The staff is amazing and they know what they are talking about! I keep sending friends in to them and my friends always come back and tell me that it was an amazing experience! If your ever looking to get very high quality house juice or buy high quality name brand juice this is right where I would go!

I called in asking if they carried a particular brand of juice, but they don’t but happened to get a sample of both juices I asked about, to which he told me to come in and he’d give them to me for free. I came in and sure enough both people working were awesome, taught me something new about my temperature control on my IPV 3 Li. I also ended up picking up another juice from them as well. Highly recommend this place!

Been vaping for a few years and just recently came across this place. Excellent quality of house juices and great selection of some of the best juice companies. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend their house juice Banana Custard, sweet without that fake banana taste, and perfectly mellow and balanced. Definitely going to be a return customer!

Great little hideaway to escape life and vape some awesome juice to make your day. The owner and employee took time with me to find the perfect flavor. Problem was… there were too many yummy flavors! By the way… if u mention my name there is a referral perk!

These guys are awesome! From the moment I walked in till the moment I left, they treated me with the most respect I’ve gotten from vape shops around San Diego. These guys definitely need a shout out!

Found this vape shop by accident one afternoon while making a stop at Marukai with the wifey and just so happened to be out of juice. I was immediately greeted by Scott and his German Sheppard! He helped me pick out some flavors after letting me sample many kinds. I was stoked and took off… 2 weeks later after enjoying the quality made house juice, i went back in to get some other flavors. I was also interested in getting a drip set since i have been using my trusty Volcano Lavatube Tank set for about 2 years and wanted something different. Scott walked me through the setup while giving me options and detailed information. after picking it all out Scott and Ryan taught me how to make the coils and how to install the cotton to reach maximum vape!!!
These two guys Scott and Ryan are awesome dudes! I have been back many times since and enjoy the vape and especially the conversation.
Bottom line: Great guys, good selection, very fair pricing and very knowledgeable. If you are a vape elitist, definitely have a conversation with Ryan! Give these guys a shot at The Vape Zone, I know you wont be disappointed!

Came in looking to make my first vape and man did i leave happy. This being my first actual review means that my experience was amazing enough for me to drop by and leave a review. I was greeted promptly when I walked in, with a friendly dog there also, and asked me what I was looking for. I told him I wanted to build a mod and walked me through his selection and settled for a nemisis mod and an Atlantis tank (both clones). I couldn’t figure out how to get my nemisis mod to fire so I came back looking for help. After sitting down for about an hour fiddling with it, we finally got it to work. I’m extremely satisfied with their customer service and their desire to have the customer leave happy. I’ll definitely be back again for any vaping needs and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vape shop.

After visiting a few other local vape shops that just did not have what I considered quality for a resonible price or did not have the device that I was looking for I stopped here based on the Unilocal reviews to see if it lived up to the 5 star rating, even though it was just 3 reviews. Right off the bat you notice this place is clean and well maintained. A very comfortable vibe and the guy who owns and runs this place was cool, down to earth and knew his inventory. I much prefer owner operated places because you usually get treated better than a place that is employee run who have no vested interest in building a solid customer base. First time buyers get 20% off which was a great deal for me as i was buying a whole new kit and juice. But 20% off is money in your pocket regardless. All the juices we tested were good, obviously we all have our preferences and this place met mine. If you are in need of a good vape shop give this place a shot. You probably will not find better prices or a more friendly staff. Ill go back for sure.

Amazing selection and the prices are a little lower than others I have gone to. Atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed with very knowledgable staff! I will definitely be back !!!
