The Ridge At San Diego

The staff and overall place is awesome.

I’ve lived in La Mesa, Poway, Mission Valley’s supposed luxury apartments and on base but The Ridge so far is my favorite. The biggest issue with San Diego apartments I’ve found is staff that do not care whatsoever, even if you live in an overpriced apartment, when you become a tenant. This is not so at The Ridge from application to our 6^th month here they remember our names and are the quickest to respond in maintenance requests or really any issues.
Pros: The price is great for a 2 bedroom and getting two spots (for us a two car garage) is splendid. Pet friendly. Right next to a up and coming park. Next to the 805 and the 94 freeway. Next to military housing.
Cons: originally we couldn’t pay online for rented had to make cashiers checks but a few months in they made the ability to do that possible so really now I have no complaints.
The employees are in fact the best thing about this place though, no doubt about that. Unparalleled service.
