My wife had an issue come up with her health insurance. They didn’t want to pay for something that they previously agreed to pay for and wanted to push the expensive bill on us. I contacted Antony Pizarro about the situation and he was on the case quickly. Needless to say, due to Mr. Pizarro and his amazingly quick and detailed investigation into the matter, this was handled quicker than I could ever have imagined. If ever there was a case with a deceitful, manipulative, liar to be put in her place, it would be done by the law offices of David Simon and Antony Pizzaro. They worked together in tracking down someone who tried to hide from the consequences of their wrong doing. It was their goal to make sure our case was handled professionally and to our satisfaction. They knew exactly how to manage the misleading agenda and the constant wrongful accusations this person used to justify her godless actions. They amazed me with their knowledge of the law and their ways of maneuvering through a broken justice system that isn’t normally set up for this particular type of case. A lien which had been put on my house based on nonexistent child support arrears proved to be a real journey that both Pizarro and Simon persued with full force and determination, ultimately, proving to the court’s attorney and judge that they followed the proper procedures, therefore convinced the courts to release such a ridiculous form of fraud.

What a talent these two young guys are! But don’t let their youthful looks fool you… these guys are sharp! I have retained their services over the past few years, specifically Mr. Pizarro and boy is this guy relentless. David Simon is awesome! I went to him for a last minute situation that needed to be handled and I got everything I had asked for. David Simon is absolutely fantastic. A few years ago, a good friend of mine got a DUI and through his knowledge and savvy of the SD legal system, was able to get him off relatively easy compared to similar instances I’ve heard from other friends.
For me personally, I got a DUI back in 2007 in Florida and then out of the blue, got a notice from the DMV stating they were suspending my license because of it. I contacted David early this morning and got a response no more than 10 – 15 minutes afterwards. He was extremely responsive and helpful in our back and forth correspondence and I genuinely appreciated not just his immediate response to my case, but also his undivided attention to this matter. If you would have told me a year ago that I would be logging onto Unilocal to give a 5 star rating to an attorney I would have thought you insane. That was before I met Mr. Simon. This is the strange thing. My case had nothing to do with a DUI. In fact I was facing two serious felony charges that could have landed me in prison for 3 years. Mr. Simon adeptly worked what could only be described as magic and I ended up with a result I never dreamed of. He was not only professional but genuinely caring and companionate.
