Michael is so knowledgeable on all products and more than willing to answer any and all questions. It doesn’t hurt that he is so nice as well. Last minute orders always come within the next business day, max two business days.
Recently I had ordered a new toner for my fax machine and when I went to replace the toner, the drum for the fax came out with it (unknowingly). So I was there looking at what came out of my fax machine and what Michael sent me in the mail… two totally different things. When I called Michael he instantly knew what the problem was. The toner gets connected to the drum and then placed back inside the machine. If I had bought the toner at office depot I would have driven all the way back there and thought I had the wrong product.
I just wish he still had the shop so I could get to see his big smile every time I needed ink.

I have ordered ink from The Cartridge Company several times and each time I received my ink very quickly. Michael has great prices and the compatibles work just the same as the genuine article.
Michael has also been very kind in accommodating my requests for expedited service – I always seem to wait until the last minute to order my ink.
