Tacos El Gabacho

We used Tacos El Gabacho for a birthday party this past weekend! They were professional, always early, very accountable to answer my texts & calls & just a pleasure to work with! We had a party of 100, they had plenty of food & we even had leftovers we got to take home! Yum! Loved working with them & look forward to doing it again!!! If your looking to cater a party, a business lunch, or anything where u need delicious, fresh food… I would highly recommend them!

We had Tacos el Gabacho cater my daughter’s first birthday party. Best decision I made. Devan and his wife and stepson are amazing. They came up ahead of time to check out the location and were easy to get a hold of. I initially picked them as they have a Grade A health department rating.
The day of the party, everything went flawlessly. They showed up on time and were ready to go. All of my guests raved about the food. They said they could smell it down the street and were so glad to get to eat it! Maria makes fresh tortillas right there. We had the pollo asado, Carne asada and adovada. Amazing. Even the rice was incredible and I usually don’t like rice like that.
In short, if you have an event to cater don’t hesitate to use Tacos el Gabacho. They are affordable, professional, and most of all delicious!

If anyone is looking for someone to cater their party, Tacos El Gabacho are the best! Devan and his wife Maria are a great team and their food is so delicious! Everything is homemade from the tortillas to the beans and salsa. They have so much to choose from. We had chicken, beef and pork and it was all great. You can’t get the quality of food and service they provide for the price anywhere else. Give them a try, you won’t be sorry.

I hired Tacos El Gabacho/​Devan for a bridal shower I was hosting at my house. When I first called for a quote, he was extremely friendly and offered a very fair price, even for my smaller party size. I was so relieved that he was willing to do my party of 20 since many are unwilling. Once we had our date & price set, we arranged a meeting so he could review the site (my house) and go over the layout and what would be provided on the day of my party, and I also paid my deposit. Communication was easy and he kept in touch throughout the planning process.
The day of my party went absolutely flawless. Devan and his wife arrived early to prepare the food so it would be ready when it was time to eat. It was such a hot day that day and we had to make some last minute changes to the layout and that went easily. The food was all SO GOOD. The meats were seasoned perfectly and tasted GREAT! All my guests were super happy and well fed. We had plenty of food and we were able to keep all the left overs, which my husband loved since he wasn’t at the shower.
Devan’s set up is really professional, clean and totally self contained. Their set up & break down/​clean up after we ate was so quick and easy, it didn’t disturb the party at all. And when they were gone, you would have never known they were there. They left nothing behind– cleaned up great!
I highly recommend Tacos El Gabacho! It was so nice to not have to worry about food prep, serving, or cleanup. They handled everything! Thank you!

I attended Diem’s party on 11÷21÷15 and Devan was our cook. I had the bacon wrapped hot dog, carne asada, pollo asada, and adobada tacos. So delicious… And I’m not talking about Fergie. I was impressed and he even made fresh corn tortillas too. Heck yeah!
Devon is very nice and approachable. I can tell he cares lot about the quality of food he puts out.
His price per person is very reasonable. I will definitely consider him if I need Taco Master in the future. Thanks Devon.

Devan was awesome. From the planning to the end. He made sure we were always happy and always communicated with us. His taco cart was a hit at my daughter’s party. Definitely will be using him again. Devon and his wife were amazing! The food was better then we could have hoped for and the service was excellent! We will finitely be using them again for all our parties! I highly recommend them!

I had done some searching for different taco catering companies for my party when I started speaking with Devan the owner of Tacos El Gabacho! He was so friendly from the start and once we spoke on the phone it all seemed to just click together perfectly! Ideas I had Devan worked with me on, he offered suggestions on things I hadn’t even thought of, and tips on making it all go seamless as it was a surprise party!!! :) We met up to sign the contract and nailed out all the details for the meats, sides, and how much of each.
Come party day, it went WONDERFUL!!! :) Devan was set up and ready to go as planned, and my guests raved ALL night long about how amazing his food was, as they of course enjoyed seconds! His Carne asada, pillows asada, and adobada meat was amazing! My friends daughter said his adobada tacos beat even the highest rated taco shops out here! His wife Maria was here rolling fresh Masa to make homemade tortillas, which just added to the amazing authentic flavor of it all. The Rice, beans, guacamole, salsas, limes, etc were all fresh an amazing tasting too! Devan did not forget one detail in planning out the menu and it was perfect! They even made mulitas, which are quesadillas but with corn tortillas, which were a huge hit! I can’t pick a favorite meat… I loved them all! The rice… mmmm :) We are still enjoying leftovers lol! Thank you sooo much Devan and Maria! We enjoyed your food and your company for our party! We would recommend their services to anyone who is looking for amazing service with authentic food, that is personalized to your budget and taste buds!!!

Very impressed and pleased with this service. Devan was a joy to work with and professional throughout. The tacos were amazing especially for the price with everything included. We had beef, chicken and adobada for the meats. The adobada was easily my favorite just as promised by Devan! Tortillas were hand-​made which was immediately noticeable, the taste and quality were top-​notch! Everyone at our event enjoyed it as well and by the end there was nothing left (secretly hoped we would have left-​overs). Would easily recommend Tacos el Gabacho again and use them again in the future.
