should be no star at all. Went here for an early breakfast but turns out they are still close. Website says they are open at 7 am, hours posted outside the restaurant says they are open at 7 am… It was 7:30 and no one answered from the drive thru. Saw the waitress on the window and all she did was to wave a finger at us meaning she cant serve us yet. I think management should fire her. Taco bell is a well known brand but if its employees are unreliable then thats bad for its reputation.

The absolute worst service ever! My boyfriend wanted to grab something quick and easy on our way home after I got sushi to go. Unfortunately I didn’t see the Unilocal reviews on how absolutely painstakingly slow they are. Driving up you can already see the line of about 4 – 5 cars and as we wait, we realize we haven’t even ordered and 7 minutes have passed. I suggested going somewhere else but he said it’s fine and we wait it out. It took a total of 4 cars before us and 40 minutes for something that was meant to be quick and easy and they almost forgot to give us our drink!

It’s Okay because it’s around the corner It’s Okay because it’s quick food and something else then your usual burger and fries It’s Okay because the concept is pretty good in taste However, the very slow service because the employee is more busy on the phone kind of made me pissed off. There was no line, and still it took him almost 10 minutes from order to handout through the drive thru. Will I come back? Probably at one of my desperate hunger nights that I can eat late because it’s on the corner and it brings variety with it.

Way overpriced and wait time was just aweful. Waited 35 minutes for fast food. Food itself was super small, just not a good overall experience

I haven’t been to Taco Bell in a while, but they’ve gotten cheap with their portions. I got the 3 crunchy taco meal with a Doritos locos taco. Tacos have BARELY any meat on them. They mostly consisted of lettuce and sour cream. The service was amazing. The girl working at the drive through window was very friendly. The food needs some work.

We all saw the Super Bowl commercial. I could not have been the only one hankering to get my hands on a Quesalupa. I love cheese stuffed foods and I love TBell, so I thought the quesalupa was the right choice for me. Sadly, the quesalupa was not worth the hype. The lettuce and tomatoes were bland, the chalupa wrap portion was not crunchy nor did it have enough cheesiness. Otherwise, this Taco Bell is pretty okay. My gorditas are always pretty good, but the lines are generally ridiculously long. Even when the lines are crazy long, the service does seem slow. The staff is always nice and this location has Wi-Fi, but overall not outstanding.

The size and cost of a bean burrito is not what it used to be… Don’t know what else to say but over priced and not worth it.

This location would get zero stars if it was possible to give zero. I only come here to buy gift cards for people and every time I come they don’t have them and I have to go to the location in Kearny Mesa!!! Done with this location!

This Taco Bell location is disgusting. Like I don’t even want to give it one star. I think they have mentally disabled people working there which is not a bad thing. However they need to be looked over as they prepare the food. The food was disgusting, my stomach hurts thinking about it. It’s was cold and the food was made super sloppy. I order a side of beans and cheese and it was cold and looked like it was sitting out for hours. I will never ever ever ever ever eat at that Taco Bell again. So freakin nasty dude. YUCK!!!

I’m gonna tell a story about this place. One day, I go inside and place an order at the register. «Two double-decker taco supremes, and a fiesta potatoes,» I ask the clerk at the register. He replies, «one mexican pizza, har har,» making a joke about my order. I tell him, «Look, more often than not, my order is incorrect. I ordered SUPREME double-decker tacos, and they always forget to include either the tomatoes, the sour cream, or both. Please don’t make a joke of it, just get the order correct.» Begrudgingly, he enters the order into his terminal, and hands me my receipt, where I check that the order was input correctly. There it is, supreme, with the additional .40 cent charge for each taco. They call out my number, and I get my bag. Since I am inside, it’s easy for me to open up my baggie, and peak at the tacos, and guess what they forgot. Of course, no tomatoes on the tacos. Now this isn’t life changing, and it damn sure ain’t anything new. I call the clerk over and tell him AGAIN, «Look at this. What did I tell you?» I tell him to give me a caramel apple empanada, because this has happened many times before in the drive-through, but I’m not driving back to get 8 mini cubes of tomato. It’s the principal. I warn everyone else in line to check their order, and let them know I had just instructed them to please make sure the tomatoes were included, and they were not. The .40 cent charge is like another 35% of the taco. Taco-bell, giving fast food employees a bad name.

The food is like any other Taco Bell: decent, inexpensive. This location can painfully slow, even during off hours(up to a half-hour wait). The big knock against this location is the customer service I just received. I pulled in the drive-thru at around 6 on a Sunday night. The man taking the order impatiently asked what I wanted, and after literally two seconds he said«Why are you taking so long?» I said forget it and backed out of the drive-thru and left. I’ve never experienced attitude like this as a customer before. That’s why I give one star. I get that it’s Taco Bell, but cmon. I used to work the Starbucks drive-thru and we were never this rude to a customer.

I waited in line for 10 – 15 minutes and no one moved at all. I decided to back out of line and go inside… Where I also waited another 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time at this Taco Bell it sucks and they weren’t apologetic at all… Not to mention when I finally got my nacho bell grande they didn’t close the lid and my nachos spilled over. Good for nothing. So basically I waited for nothing. I live right up the street from this place and will still never go back no matter how«convenient» it supposedly is. AVOID!!!

The only reason this place is getting two stars is for the nice gentlemen working the drive thru. He was very sweet to me. Now, I advise people to not use the drive thru, you will sit there for 30 mins.

Staff here are nice and friendly! I haven’t been to Taco Bell in years and they certainly have upgraded their menu! I love the value box!!! 1 taco 1 burrito and 1 wrap(your choice of beef or chicken) for only $ 7.49!!! Delicious!!! I’m addicted to anything here that has Doritos in it. Such a great collaboration. If you haven’t tested tour luck and skills definitely try their coin game they have on the front counter. Donate .05, .10 or .25 and try to win yourself some free food.

Haven’t been to Taco Bell in 5 years. Had a weird craving for TB the last few weeks, so I stopped in and grabbed 3 hard shell beef tacos and a soda water. Bigger and cleaner than expected. The young girls working here were miserable yet fast. Tacos are good for TB but nothing beyond 3 stars. Fire hot sauce is awesome.

Wow this place fails. After drive thru didn’t move forever, the guy behind me and I backed out to order inside. He ordered 1st. 5 more minutes and they hadn’t even started his food. I handed the receipt to the manager guy and told him I quit then walked out. They can keep the $ 5 and my food.

Sup, guilty pleasure? I imagine that eating taco bell is like cheating on your wife. I’m not married but I can only guess that the act of cheating is accompanied with the feelings of disgust, guilt and shame, everything I feel after hitting the drive-thru at good ol’ TB. The tacos aren’t tacos, but rather what we’ve been conditioned to believe are tacos. Taco Bell has done to the taco what McDonald’s has done to the burger, and what Subway has done to the sandwich. They don’t taste anything like the real thing, but slick marketing and years of convenient eating has convinced us that this, is, A TACO. In order to make the most of your $ 1.29 I suggest eating these«tacos» inside. I also suggest that I take my own advice. You see, I never eat inside and these shells are not build for travel. By the time I get home the meat has soaked through the bottom of the shell and I find myself eating them sideways, adding three hot sauce packets to the shell rather than the filling. They crumble with every bite and I grunt and moan every time a clump of meat hits the wrapper. It’s tragic, bro. Absolutely tragic. Props do out to the drive-thru attendant who must be a new hire. Why? I asked for extra«Diablo» sauce(their newest and hottest ever), which isn’t kinda sucks and may be spicy for the layman, but not for the dilettante. Anyhoo, he loaded the bag up with so many packets that I was able to throw a handful in my reserve drawer. Every good Taco Bell’er has a reserve drawer. Those who know, know. Coming back for the chicken quesadilla.

I feel this Taco Bell is in an odd spot. It’s not close to any freeway but rather along a main road that is usually busy throughout the day. Getting in and out of the place is easy enough but the area is a bit run down for North Park and there are typically homeless people hanging around asking for food and money. The inside is nice and kept pretty clean. I found the service good and the quality was fine. With fast food, you know what your paying for and so I must say that overall, this Taco Bell does a pretty good job. I would like to see the area as nice as the inside, the amount of homeless people around pushes me away from coming and the quality of the food can always be improved. Though of course, the prices are pretty good and service is professional. If you’re a Taco Bell fan, you’ll enjoy this location.
