Dr. Hong uses state of the art technology and she is very thorough. She explains everything as she’s showing you your mouth on her screen. During procedures, you can watch the TV on the ceiling. Dr. Hong and her assistant are very nice and attend to all of your needs. Highly recommend this dentist office!

The service here was EXTRAordinary. She was patient, incredibly detailed and thorough. She was the most knowledgeable dentist I have encountered. And made everything super clear and fun. If there were a 6^th star I would give it so… here

Dr. Hong has been my dentist for several years now and I’m glad I can say she still is! I trust the quality of her care, and follow any/​all of her recommendations without question. Her staff is top notch, and I’m impressed with all of the state of the art equipment in the new office. I’m able to do early morning appointments, and they always run on time, which means I can avoid missing out on work.
Now I just need to do what she tells me and floss more often!

My experience with Dr. Hong’s office was excellent! The décor is modern and relaxing. Compared to other dentists I’ve been too, her equipment is all state-​of-​the-​art. Like many people, going to the dentist isn’t my favorite thing to do for fun… But Dr. Hong is super gentle yet very thorough. She explained everything about some of my areas of concern in a way I could understand which encouraged me to step up my dental care game without giving me one of those good olé fashioned dental scoldings (which I hate).
It was worth it for me to drive 25 minutes to see her at her old office. I’m so glad she’s opened up a new office that’s closer!

A hidden gem in Rancho Bernardo where dental expertise meets comfort! Visiting a dentist was never on my favorites list but having a knowledgeable, confident and skillful dentist is a must. I was so comfortable in my heated massage chair, I nearly fell asleep and felt very relaxed. Dr. Hong also took the time to explain my dental issues (grinding teeth, exposed nerve, retreating gum, etc,.) and she showed me what I was doing on my own (using toothbrush that’s not right for me, poor flossing, night time grinding) to hurt my teeth. Such a great experience!

Had the best cleaning today at Dr. Hong’s office. She was very thorough and gentle. The office staff was very friendly and explained my insurance. The best part of the visit was getting a massage during the visit. I can’t believe the visit was so relaxing! I’m definitely coming back!

Excellent service and bedside manners. I was out in San Diego visiting friends when I had an emergency dental issue, my crown became loose. My friend strongly recommended Dr. Hong, her dentist, who had just opened a new office, so I gave it a shot. The receptionist was very polite and sympathetic and Dr Hong took me right away. She was very reassuring and did an excellent job cementing the crown back on, and thankfully I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation. The office also was beautiful and immaculate and there was actually a heated massage chair that I was able to enjoy waiting to be seen. Almost wished she was running late instead of on time! Note to future patients: get there early to relax and enjoy a free heated massage! :-) I’m not a big fan of seeing dentists but this visit was the most pleasant I have ever experienced with a dentist. My only gripe is that she’s not in NYC where she could be my regular dentist.

This office is top notch. The interior is beautiful and spotless, and everyone from the receptionist to the Dr. is so friendly. Dr. Hong really knows her stuff. Getting an appointment was a breeze and my actual appointment ran right on time. This office is super convenient and easy to get to. I have finally found a dentist that I want to visit for the years to come. Thank you Dr. Hong!
