Crappy service. To top it off the lady cutting my hair gave me a bad attitude the whole time because she didn’t like having to call my name a few times when I already clearly and loudly told them I am Deaf and read lips. She rolled her eyes and scolded me that she had been calling for me a few minutes and I should have said something. What a scumbag but I needed a quick haircut so I swallowed my pride but I should have left. She didn’t even seem into her job. Horrible experience. I used to come here all the time from 2009 to 2013 when my office was in Mission Valley but it has clearly gone down the basement in 2016. Stay away and go to the other hair cut place near hazard center.

The lady giving me a haircut was nice but the actual haircut was terrible. On top of that, it’s not worth the $ 21 they charged me. I would never go back. 90% of super cuts are just terrible now.

I used to come here regularly since it was conveniently close to my office, but the customer service has dropped considerably. Their mobile app check in is a freaking joke. It never works and they never apologize for the wait. This location is far too busy for the staff to handle and no one seems to care if there’s a long wait.
I won’t be back.

Went there and asked Taylor for bob cut, I explained I wanted it stacked in the back. She cut it showed it to me and it was nothing like i wanted so I asked her if I could show her a photo, she said sure. I showed the photo and she huffed and puffed. She was extremely rude about it which wasn’t my fault. She was rough with my hair and took off 4 to 5 inches more than I asked. When she was done she didn’t blow dry my hair and then she had the nerve to tell me next time start with the picture and this wouldn’t have happened. before she started to fix my hair I told her if she didn’t have time to fix it right now I could come back but instead she was just rude and so mean. Horrible customer service.

Visited this supercuts just three times, I had ok experiences the first two times but recently not as good… and I really don’t like the fact that the company forces stylist to try to sneak in upsells and extra charges. On top of that prices have gone up. :-/

The worst! I never thought that going for a haircut will be a nightmare. The ladies there are nice but a guy called Shane is rude and disrespectful. I will never seen such a bad quality in customer service. Maybe was too early in the morning for him but if you’re paying for a service you shouldn’t be treated and harassed with bad manners.

Had a great time with the amazing staff!!! Such a great team of people !!! I e been coming here for years Tammy is my main stylist she is awesome funny and very sweet. Not 1 bad experience yet. Thank you team keep it up.

Wait time: 5 mins. I came in half an hour after they opened on a Sunday morning (9am). I let my mom see a stylist first and then it was my turn 5 minutes after! Good time to go.
Hair style: I have very long, straight, DRY hair. I communicated my preferred haircut to my stylist, BLANCA, & she cut it exactly the way I had asked! That shampoo & conditioning treatment is a massage for your scalp that makes you want to sleep. Blanca was gentle, but efficient! She didn’t scratch me or poke my face like some other stylists have done in the past.
Price: very reasonable! I have long hair & thought I would pay a fortune but considering the shampoo, condition, blow dry, & style, I was pleased with my total!
Even though there were quite a few people in the waiting area, Blanca still blow dried & styled my hair and did not rush me at all.
My hair feels so soft & healthy! Thank you, Blanca! I’ll be seeing you again!

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years or so. All staff is friendly here and appointments are pretty much on time.

The place is nice and the staff is friendly. I usually go on my lunch break from work. I feel the price is a little high for the service level, but it is convenient and I cannot think of anything else negative to say. I always walk in and get a cut in a very short wait!

When you leave you will feel good and look good. Tammi is my go to girl. She keeps me looking my best! The rest of staff is super too!!!

When I walked in to supercuts I talked to one of the stylist about my dry, brittle damaged hair as a result of all my summer fun. She recommended that I get a trimmed and deep conditioning treatment. OMG! I totally feel like I have new hair. I Love it! Definitely coming back. ;)

I’ve been coming to this location for about six years. No joke. Most people tend to follow their stylists wherever they go, but there’s a reason why I keep coming back to this one.
Every stylist I’ve had the pleasure of meeting has always been super nice and they work with you to getting the cut you want. I’m very particular about my haircut, so I am very picky about who cuts my hair. But here, everyone understands exactly what I’m looking for. You can specifically request a stylist, but at this location, it’s all moot. Everyone is so nice. Tamara, Aracely, Blanca, Tammy, Shane… the list goes on and on. They are also very personable and we always have great conversation while I’m getting my haircut — none of that silent awkwardness. An all around enjoyable experience.
In addition to getting my haircut here, I also get my brows waxed here. I always receive compliments on my eyebrows and when asked where I get them done, they’re always so surprised when I tell them Supercuts. Apparently it’s not well known that they do waxing here. And it’s only $ 10. Make sure you ask for a wax card, so your 10^th one is free!

I love coming to Supercuts the staff is so welcoming and inviting. I would recommend anyone to cut your hair every stylist is awesome. Also to try the tea tree experience scalp massage if you haven’t. Defiantly worth it!

Jack was so helpful and patient! He got 100% of the pink out of my hair and made me look awesome!

I’ve been getting my hair cut here ever since I moved to the area. I never have to wait very long, the hairdressers are always super nice, and always looking to go the extra mile for their customers.
The last few times I’ve had my hair cut by Ashley. I’m the type of person who can never give exact instructions for my hair, since I’ve never really been into special styling (or styling at all, really). She’s one of the few hairdressers with the patience to walk me through the haircut, giving me recommendations on what to do next and going out of her way to explain what she’s doing. Now I know that I should ask for one finger length on top! She’s also extremely personable and very detail oriented, so schedule an appointment with Ashley and I’m more than sure you’ll walk away happy with your experience at Supercuts.
Like I said, I’ve been going here for a while and all the hairdressers who’ve worked with me have been awesome. I’ve never had a problem with any of them.

I have never had any problems here. The wait is never an issue if you check in online, otherwise 15 minutes is normal. The staff do a great job and will make sure you come out happy.

Hit or miss, you have to get one of the stylists that actually give a shit and know what they are doing. I recommend Cassandra or Shane, both have given me consistently good cuts.
Avoid doing the shampoo… just wash your hair before you get there, I’ve now moved from the area… not enough to make me drive there for a haircut but good if you are local to this hairdressers.
The booking system is pretty convenient too.

This Supercuts location is in a nice spot. Just off Friars road in the Rio Linda area. The store is bigger than other Supercuts and seems well maintained. My stylist here was Cassandra, who did an excellent job with my hair even though she preferred to take a more expedient route to cut my hair than others have. She made for great conversation and if you go here, I would say you will be satisfied with her work. Prices are descent if you don’t add all the extras. Considering other places I could go to in San Diego, I probably would come back because of the overall experience. And as far as Cassandra goes, she did a great job and if you are in the area and need a haircut, I would say go in and ask for her.
