Pretty phenomenal selection! I believe the gentleman’s name was Mark behind the counter and was very friendly. Looking at this place from the street I would have never expected this amount of variety!

Beware if you’re paying with a card. They supposedly have no fee, but the owner (I assume. the older guy who works there) will add random amounts onto the total and the receipts aren’t itemized. I was going there almost every single day and was charged 42 cents to $ 1 and some change more (he always chose some random amount to add that wasn’t consistent) the times I used my card and he was working. I’d grab the same thing every time I went in so it was really obvious. Happened to me like 4 or 5 times before he did it to my roommate too and she called him out for it (I’m more passive than she is and the place is really close to my house so I was going there for convenience). He responded to my roommate and said it was a «card fee».but I had directly asked when I first started coming in there if there was one and was told no. Besides, the extra charge that he’d add onto the card changed each time. It’s obviously not about the extra pennies. it’s about not being shady. Definitely lost an everyday customer. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Semi-​good wine prices (for a gas station liquor store) and semi-​large selection (I discovered the brand Fallen Angel and wondered where it had been all my life when I saw it again at Keils.) Kudos to Sunset’s owner, who complemented my drivers license pic. I kinda thought I was Jessica Biel there for a second…
