In getting ready to sell my condo in North Park, I contacted Marty and Sandra at Style Umbrella. They assessed what needed to be done to maximize the presentation to help me get top dollar — and I am sure am glad that I listened and let them do their thing. By day two of being on the market, I had four offers — one at full price and three over asking price. I ended up getting $ 16,000 more than what we were asking, an incredible return on my investment with them.
It’s sometimes tough hearing somebody telling you what you need to do to your home, your personal space and oasis, that to me was already perfect, but I’m glad I listened to the professionals. They know their stuff and took such good care of me and my investment.
In fact, afterwards I hired Style Umbrella come to my new home to help me figure out what to do… where to start. What Marty and Sandra pulled together was awesome and set the tone, became a sort of palette and basis for what to do in the rest of the house. We are so incredibly pleased with everything Style Umbrella has done for us… a huge THANK YOU to Marty and Sandra for all that you have done for us!!! So much appreciated!

Sandra was hired to update our house. We both agreed the project would be completed by December of 2014. It is now July of 2015, and she has left us with correcting existing problems that she created, and incomplete rooms. We must now look for another designer to complete the job. Not only does she not follow up with simple tasks, she returns no phone calls. Additionally, she owes us money that has not been refunded. Big mistake if you hire her. Buyer beware!

Worked with Sandra and her team to stage one of our houses. They do an amazing job making our vision a reality. Good touches with furniture and the color scheme is on point.

I was recommended to Style Umbrella from a friend. The owner came over for a walk through and after figuring out what my style was, she gave me her ideas which were modern and fresh. This got me excited about my project all over again! Within 24 hrs, I received a written quote from her letting me know her company could do everything I requested but due to my concern over cost, she also provided me with a list of things I could do myself to save money on this project.
Within 2 weeks, Sandra and her team showed up at my home while I left for the day. Upon my return home, my living and dining spaces were completely transformed. I literally felt like I was in a HGTV show. This company had such an accurate sense of my style and did the job better than I ever could have imagined.
I am currently working with Style Umbrella for my master bedroom and 2 kids rooms. This team does an amazing job, stays within budget and knows how to hustle to get it done. My husband just asked if we could tackle his man cave next!
