The worst customer service, cleaning is absolutely horrid, do not use them at all costs!!!

They are still horrible. I am receiving invoices late, when our terms are set to Net 10. I receive a bill dated 12⁄20 today, 1⁄12. For real? I call the billing department, they don’t call back, I talked to the Ops«Manager» and he just basically was just trying to say he was going to handle it but in the same sentence was saying that he had no control. I wrote a review on the customer form, saying that the office needs to be cleaned better. They’re not sweeping, it looks like a tornado hit my desk when I get back after they clean. Did they ever respond? No. And now they actually don’t ask me for my weekly input. Such a horrible company, looking into someone new now.

Over a year ago, these people called and made an appointment to check out my business, and met me with for an hour going over their offerings, telling me they’d follow up with a quote, but never did. A year later, someone called citing new management and made an appointment to come out and give me a quote, but never showed up. 3 days later they cold-called again trying to make an appointment(not even realizing they’d just missed the other one)… don’t think so, guys. Don’t waste your time; they will likely waste yours.
