I had Robert roof a patio addition I built. He did a perfect match to the shingles on the main house. The installation looks great and has never had a leakage problem. I was very impressed with his knowledge of roofing and professionalism. He started on time and did a complete cleanup before he left.

Robert fixed my leaky low-​sloped roof in North Park. He charged a fraction of what Home Depot and another local roofing company quoted me for. He was very open about what materials would be used. During the job some old wood was found to be damaged. He allowed me to come home and inspect the wood before he replaced it even though it tacked another day onto the job. I had a great experience. I would definitely use him again.

Paid Robert Garnier to fix a leak in my living room. Every time it rained after that the leak became worse. Every time Robert assured me the leak is gone and it’s something else. Finally he tells me he’s quit the business and won’t be looking at this anymore. Go figure.

I posted a review last January about the services rendered to me by Step Up Roofing but Unilocal removed it.
Before I decided on this contractor, I had two contractors come to give an estimate. both quotes were TOO High, until Brian came and thanked God that there’s still people out there who wouldn’t gouge you.
I am extremely satisfied with the roof repairs done in my house. He repaired a lot of broken tiles and was creative about it since it will be difficult to purchase and match the same color, I didn’t have to wait two weeks like the other contractor told me. The recent rain pour reminded me again how lucky I am to have used Robert to fix my roof.
Robert is an honest person and the cost charged was very affordable especially to a retired person like me. I have a rental house that would soon need a major roof repair and guess who I’ll call and know for sure I will be paying a reasonable cost… Step Up Roofing. Keep up the good work Brian.

Robert does great work, quickly, and at a great price. I have been saving to buy a new roof for my garage. In the meantime, I have had Robert out for 2 leaks. Both times, he has done very well without breaking the bank. Robert will explain your options and costs for each option allowing you to make a budget conscious decision and know exactly what you are paying for. I hope to hire Robert again over the summer to put my new roof on.
He has also done work for several of my neighbors and all are thrilled with the quality of his work.
