Man are they quick! I finish paying with my mobile app card and my drink is already ready by the time I’m at the pickup area! A couple of cute guys and fabulous girls and we have ourselves the perfect sit down! This location is very clean and very well maintained! You do get the occasional homeless person come in and smell up the place(as unfortunate as it all is) but they are professional, get them a water and make it a quick turn around This place is quite the perfect hang out! Free wifi, Spotify options that tell you what’s playing on their radio, air conditioned and well kept!

Baristas are so nice. I got the chocolate peppermint frap and my daughter got peppermint mocha. It was buy one get one free from November 12 – 15 between 2−5pm. We came in perfect time for BOGO and the baristas were super awesome during this time. Friendly and quick service

I’m a fan of Starbucks, but this location did not leave a good impression. I ordered a frappuccino with a floating shot of espresso. My drink came without the shot so I asked if they could add it. Instead they remade it, again without the floating shot. When I apologetically still asked to have the shot added, they again remade the drink. Three tries, still no floating shot. I gave up instead of getting frustrated with them.

This Starbucks location is pretty good. Its located next to the Nordstrom Rack in Mission Valley Center. I was able to walk right in, order right away, and got my drink quickly. What else could you ask for? The service was friendly and good. The coffee shop was clean and really nice on the inside. I ordered a tall chocolate chip frappichino. It was made perfectly! This place is no problem.

This place is very busy in the morning, sometimes with a line of like 10 people. This is a high traffic Bucks. The baristas are really fast, though. For working on your laptop: Not so great. Wifi is craaaaaazy slow. almost too slow to work. All the tables(except ONE) are small, so if you have two people, it is tight. Chairs are uncomfortable; that’s typical for a Starbucks, though. For meeting with a person: the small tables are the perfect size to chat with another person. There is outdoor seating.

I stopped here for breakfast the other day and was delighted they had oatmeal available. I got it with sugar and all the goodies on top — er, on the side. It came with fresh blueberries, a mix of chopped/sliced nuts and dried fruit, and some agave sugar. I mixed it together myself and ate it and it was heavenly. I also picked up some green super-food drink thing and it was all right. It tasted more«healthy» than I would prefer, but I guess that’s not such a bad thing. The lady working behind the counter was super speedy and friendly to boot. I’d definitely recommend this Starbucks!

While waiting for Off Saks to open we decided on Starbucks. The Baristas were very friendly and we were greeted as we walked in the door. Ordered a tall iced sweetened coffee with 2% milk… it was just perfect. The atmosphere was good, but the AC was on and it was a little on the cold side… nothing out of control.

I promise this will be one of the very few Starbucks locations that will be empty at the usual morning rush time. It’s well stocked and clean, the lobby has more than enough electrical outlets and although it’s quite small inside, the layout of tables along the walls make it pretty spacious. There is not a bathroom located inside, being that it is quite a small café, but the bathrooms are very close out in the mall. The décor is very pretty and rustic. The store is outfitted with a chill wall, filled with juices and water bottles, etc. making it less congested at the refrigerated case below the pastry display case. Now if only the doors weren’t so heavy… mothers with strollers and disabled customers truly have a difficult time with the entrance. Corporate really didn’t think that through, especially being inside a mall.

Hands down my favorite Starbucks location. It may be smaller but I love how I’m treated and the employees. Though there is one gal(cannot remember her name) she has light brown/blonde curly ish hair that never seems to have a smile on her face. Kind of gives attitude and seems as if she never wants to be there. All the other baristas are great. Very welcoming and friendly. My drinks are always perfect. It can get busy so if you have no patience go elsewhere.

I’m actually shocked that someone had a positive review below! Starbucks is generally consistent with service and drinks and this place lacked in both departments. I don’t usually waste my time reviewing Starbucks but they weren’t friendly which I can deal with but then they messed up my drink. It tasted like watery mocha with a hint of coffee and had to throw it away. How exactly do you mess up a mocha? Seriously. I worked for the company for years and it doesn’t get any more basic than syrup, milk and espresso. I will not be returning to this location and will encourage people to avoid it considering there are other locations that probably are more appreciative of their service. Don’t underestimate service and quality.

By far the best Starbucks around. Employees are always friendly and willing to have conversation. There can sometimes be a line, but even when there is the baristas never seem frustrated or annoyed. The employees here truly love their job and its obvious by the way they present themselves and the look of their store. Always a pleasant experience. Thank you Westfield Mission Valley!

We grab coffee here when we are out shopping. Pretty generic Starbucks experience. None of the baristas have connected with us on a personal level or with 160% over the top service that stands out but they turn out drinks the way they are supposed to. I generally hate how crowded it is and there is no direction for how the line is supposed to form which leads to a jam at the door and uncomfortable stares if you don’t realize who’s waiting. Good in a pinch but not our everyday Starbucks stop.

If you can’t handle the frappucino happy hour then don’t offer it. Rude ass employees. I mean their service here is truly unexceptable. I understand that they are very busy during their Happy Hour promotions, however, to completely walk away from a guest that you called over and is in mid sentence ordering, is uncalled for! When my friend mentioned this to the manager, he didn’t even show any concern. These employees have obviously been improperly trained. Them being a new location is absolutely no excuse either because the one on Harbor Drive has never had an issue with poor service.
