This is the worst Starbucks bucks I have ever been too. It’s walking distance from where I nanny so I come here once in awhile and they can never seem to make my drink right.

The employees here don’t seem to be incredibly helpful. I wanted to buy a reusable Valentine’s Day cup, and the person said they didn’t have any, just regular holiday ones. Looking at the counter I saw a whole stack of the Valentine’s Day cups. She just didn’t want to actually look for it. I mentioned it to her and she said«Oh– well I can sell it to you but there’s no lids» No offer that the next time I come in I can get a lid or saying sorry for the inconvenience. I ordered a coffee, and there was no more milk at the bar so I asked for a refill of milk, brought the carafe over and instead of the barista acknowledging me waiting(there was no one waiting behind me) he continued to joke around with his coworker. I stood there until it felt like it was time to interrupt them. And he handed me milk without saying a word. Would not recommend this Starbucks based on service. 2 stars for the place being clean.

Again, another Starbucks that has lost the culture that its corporate touts so much. They never asked my name. So on the receiving end there was confusion on whose grande latte was whose. I was put in an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation because the workers here don’t really care about the customer. I won’t come to this location again. Coffee was good.

If you order a very very berry does that mean very very berry??? No it means let me just put one scoop of berries and forget get the fact that i asked for extra berries!!! On top of that can you be rude while you are at it!!! Most of the staff is rude and they act like they hate being there!!! So glad i am almost done spending the money left on my card! I don’t plan on spending another dime at Starbucks!!! Service has gone down hill including their drinks!!! It’s apparent management doesn’t care!!!

ordered a venti passion fruit tea with pineapple and it was only 90% full. The other 10% was foam. it turned out to be carbonated(my fault didn’t fully read the sign. it was sparklinf passion fruit tea). anyway they exchanged it for a regular passion fruit, thus the extra star. otherwise didn’t like the foamy drink.

Exceptional baristas. I live around here and walked on down. It has games. It is clean. There is plenty of chairs and space. No shortage of space to relax and read. Hold place to stop while waiting for your children at taekwando. Or at the local park. Plenty of parking. It’s the cleanest Starbucks I have ever been to and I am glad to have found it. I will come back regularly. In summary, clean and best Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

The customer service is absolutely horrible. Nobody has a smile on their face, no hello or how are you today or any friendly greeting, & when asked to make a specialty drink on the secret menu they have an attitude. I come here regularly because I work nearby, but every time it’s the same results. They do make good drinks, but you would think they would want to get to know & be more friendly to their regular customers.

I love coming here to study because of how conveniently its located(right off the 15⁄56 freeway) and because it’s right down the street from my apartment. The staff is always smiling and welcoming, the environment is fairly quiet on any regular day, and for how small the location is, there’s plenty of seating. I always walk over to Quik Wok or Oggis Pizzza(since its in the same mini-mall complex) to grab some grub before I crack down on studying. If you’re looking for a plug-in for your laptop, sit at the long table. What’s convenient is that there’s an extension outlet that goes along underneath the table so you don’t need to sit near the wall. I typically order a grande caramel macchiato(very generic), but the quality stands the same — delicious! When the holidays come around, I can’t pass up on the peppermint mocha and the buy 5 drinks, get 1 free. I remember I came in once and one of the employees hooked me up with an extra sticker! So big ups to this Starbucks, they know how to keep their customers satisfied.

This location is a frequent stop for me since I work nearby. For the most part, they are pretty quick at getting people through the line and getting the drinks out. There have been a few times where I saw my iced coffee just sitting on the counter and all they had to do was add a splash of soy milk. Around the time they first opened, their system confused me because they would pump the syrup into the cup and then put it down, then take on other orders. Once they were done prepping other orders, they’d pour the coffee in my cup and set it back down again. Finally they would add the splash of soy when they were done doing more prep for other drinks. Well, since my drink is so simple, most Starbucks I’ve been to will just make my drink right when I’m at the register. So there were a few times I walked out kind of pissed because I waited a long time for a simple iced coffee while they made other complicated orders. Since then, things have improved(hence, the 4 star review), as I’ve noticed they will put my basic iced coffee out before orders that take more time. I think they just needed to work out the kinks after opening, which is understandable.

This is one of sis’ favorite location. She recently took me here(well, over the holidays). She claims it’s a better place(compared to other packed Starbucks) to read a book or get some work done. The location is right off the 56 fwd and has a spacious parking lot. Perhaps it was the dark and gloomy weather on our last visit but this particular location just felt super festive, warm, and comforting. Then again, not a lot of people were there and everyone seemed to be in the festive mood so there ya go. Red Starbucks cup still makes me smile. I miss those red cups at the moment :( I hope someone I know wins that Starbucks for Life contest that was happening in December!

This store is one of the cleanest, brightest stores in the area! I love the design of the store as well as the employees who always welcome me and make me feel welcomed. They always ask me how my day is going or if I wanted to try a new item. I do have to give a shoutout to the amazing team here. They are all so amazing. The ones that complain, honestly probably deserve it or are rude. Baristas feed off positive vibes. Definitely a great place to go for a quick smile or laugh.

***Update — Rated this 3 Stars before but that was based on all visits in the PM. Morning Staff seems to be more friendly and engaging than the PM crew. This is the only SB close to me that has a Clover. Love that machine!

No drive thru which is a bummer but there its always plenty of parking and quick service. Staff is polite and gets my order right, usually just a mocha frappuccino, no whip, but people have gotten it wrong before. Clean inside and out, and for some reason their ice water is always extra delicious!

Just picked up my order and asked for no whip cream for the Mocha Cookie Frap with no whip cream. And she put whip cream! I asked if it was whip cream and she said rah it comes with it! I told her I asked for no whip and she offered to remove it and I said it was okay. She didn’t even apologize for it! She just turned away and said nothing as if she didn’t give a shit. Service here sucks and my drink was watery! My first time here and they sucked for service and quality!

Clean, new and roomy setting, however, one of the barristas(female brunette) needs to learn about customer service– her rude, short and unwelcoming demeanor hung like a cloud over the place. I will not go back to this location– visiting Starbucks is like a treat for me and if I’m going to pay that kind of money for latte it should be a nice experience. There are plenty of positive, pleasant barristas at the other local Starbucks locations.

I love that this location is within walking distance of my house and that it has a Clover press… although my Clover habit is quickly bankrupting me, so maybe it’s not such a good thing. Lots of parking, usually friendly service and clean. I’ve only had one weird experience where I was told they didn’t do decaf iced coffees and that I could order an Americano instead. Seemed strange for a coffee shop not to offer iced decaf on a hot afternoon. One of the baristas is always super chipper and even does foam designs in the cappuccinos when it’s not busy.

As a student, the first things I look for when I walk into a Starbucks are 1) are the tables big enough for my laptop and my notebook and 2) are there easy accessible outlets to charge my laptop/phone/etc. This Starbucks answers both questions! Although it is still a small location, they have a long table that has outlets running throughout the entire table; no more eye-ing that outlet across the room to become free! Overall cleanliness deserves a 9⁄10 from me. It would be a 10⁄10 if I didn’t have to clean my table when I got here this morning, haha. The staff here are very nice, nothing more than your typical Starbucks employees but definitely very nice people who seem to enjoy their job. I must mention how convienently placed this location is: right by the I-15 and the 56! I study here a lot and it doesn’t get too busy, which I love! That means faster wifi for me! :)

Ladies & Gentlemen, I have found my Holy Grail of Starbucks. This newly renovated Sbux feels nice and open inside. It’s not too busy, lots of sunshine beams in through the floor to ceiling windows, and there is a tall, wooden table inside that seats eight people comfortably. Best thing about this table is that there are outlets underneath(there’s a long extension cord attached underneath the table — look up to find them)! The chairs are wooden bar stools w/backs, so they may not appeal to some, but they work fine for me. Several two/four person tables & two one-person sofas if you want some padding for your behind. Wi-fi signal consistently strong. I just love the general feel of this Sbux and I want it all to myself. Just kidding. Kinda. I almost didn’t want to write this review… o0 Service is always friendly. No drive through at this location though. They have a covered patio in front with several tables. Single occupancy restrooms located to the left and down the hall. One for females, one for males– although I have seen men pop out of the female restroom on more than one occasion. Hmmm.
