One of the filthiest Starbucks in the city. Bar area covered in spilled coffee, sugar, trash. All tables and chairs dirty and sticky. Cashiers not friendly and aren’t giving treat receipts. Clientele is gross. Only come here if you have to, yuck.

Made a complaint to Starbucks & it’s Starbucks Rewards Program regarding my experience at this location. They got right back, apologized about the experience, and mentioned that store and district manager is being notified. In addition, a complimentary drink was added on the account. I go to Starbucks 20 – 30 times a month and I have been to this location may be over 50 times and one disgruntled employee should never be a reason that a customer has to avoid a particular location.

This Starbucks is whatever to me honestly. They have their good days and their bad days. Good services then horrible. It’s a toss up. The wait is always long no matter what time of the day it is. Only come here bc it’s convenient and fight by my house. The worst Starbucks drive thru I’ve ever been to.

I really love Starbucks! I think this Starbucks is fine. I don’t like it when they mess up my order. I also don’t like it when last time the employer forgot my order and I have to order it again to make me wait like forever for my order. （￣へ￣）

Only Starbucks that was open 24⁄7. Had the worst experience ever after work. Tried ordering at the drive thru. The person taking the order was extremely rude to my co-​worker and I so we left. We later called the store, asked to speak to the manager, and explained the situation only to have the manager make up excuses for the rude employee claiming it was very late and they were tired. I’m a pretty understanding person but experience was ridiculous. Had to call corporate.

Sadly, this is the Starbucks near me and I won’t return. My caramel macchiato was so watered down. The drive thru line was super busy but that didn’t’ bother me. I came around the morning rush before work. Staff was courteous as they should be but my drink made the decision for me not to return.

just left this starbucks location and I must say, the young man working with black curly hair is by far thee most enthusiastic, friendly, helpful, prompt, and welcoming barista that I’ve ever seen. by faaaaaar. I didn’t catch his name. but he was amazing!!! hands down. plus my green tea lemonade with raspberry tastes amazing!

Placed a mobile order twice already and I still had to wait for my drink! What’s the point of placing an order in advance if you have to wait anyway? I don’t have this problem in any other Starbucks just this particular location they’re slow and they don’t acknowledge people!

Busy starbucks but Belzek (I really hope I spelled his name right) is super nice. He takes his time in making sure your order is right and tries to put a smile on your face. He is great!

Never noticed there was a starbucks in this location and its sooooo busy.
I walked in and it was packed with so many people so I started to get a little restless but they were getting thru the line pretty fast. I judged a little too soon haha
Overall they did good with my order and food and I could tell they had a lot to deal with. A few stand outs batistas are carrie, ely, and I think her name was jenny or jena.
Thanks everyone I hope you feel like some of us notice your hard work haha

Man Starbucks is the best… Always fresh and if its not, they make it right. Lots of people usually at this particular spot. I like to sit outside and people watch lol. They could keep up the cleanliness alittle bit better. But. What do u expect from a city heights Starbucks: D

I will keep this simple. This location is inconsistent with wait times, some days you can wait 10 minutes other days 2 minutes. They do not clean off the cups before handing them to you so coffee can drip off the cup on to your clothes. Coffee is inconsistent sometimes coffee is all you taste in a frap and other times it is all syrup. Employees are always friendly.

It’s ridiculous when you have to wait 20 minutes for a drink and you have 5 people working and one is just walking around aimlessly!!! Never coming back!

The plus side is that it has a drive thru. The fact you have to wait almost forever at 4:30am for 5 minutes is ridiculous when you’re behind one other person. The consistency of the drink are I can say alright, I guess it depends on the barista’s day.
Not to mention if your waking in because the drive thru is long, expect the same wait possibly a much longer line.
Not my favorite Starbucks to go to, but I weighed it as one of my last locations.

If you’re ordering a standard drink off the menu, you’ll prob be happy 80% of the time. Forget about trying to customize. I liked this location because it has a drive-​thru, but got so frustrated with my last visit that I actually just spent 3 hours of research and $ 200 on an espresso machine for my house. They gave me a Skinny Vanilla Latte because what I had ordered was similar but the Latte costs $ 3 more. I would have gladly paid an extra $ 5 to get what I ordered, not what someone else picks for me.
I hope the extra $ 3 they got was worth it, cause that’s the last of any money this location gets from me.
