Great place to study, quiet and plenty of table space. Staff works hard and is constantly busy with the demands of the drive thru. Ryan, you’re an all star. The world needs more of you! 5 stars for great customer service across the board.

Drive thru was not set up correctly here. You can get in 2 different directions so that means traffic and merging to get through. One part… The drive through line ends up in parking lot so people parked would have to wait until the drive thru line finally dies out. Really inconvenient and uncoordinated. As long no one gets crazy thinking they were cut. I guess it is ok

I’m giving it a two because there are some really awesome people who work here and know the meaning of customer service and then you have others in here that don’t! I finally have come to my conclusion to take my business else where do to the shift leader named Jackie. She has poor customer service and today she proved to me that’s just her personality. I was in line getting ready to order and I saw her while the girl rings me up things were fine it was after that when the cashier went to get the food I ordered I could hear her tell her that’s the one that got me in trouble and then some mumbling. I believe that Starbucks is the Nordstrom’s of coffee and they are supposed to give excellent service an I seem to only get this when the manager is in there keeping his thumb on everyone. I hope this girl gets the lesson in not only how to treat customers but also a way to be a good manager if she is going to stay one! Bad service only gets you upset customers.

Slowest starbucks ever. Every single time I come here the line is long and the slowest line ever. I understand Starbucks gets busy but this ridiculous. Ive been in line for ten minutes and have yet to move. This is the way it is every time. Im stuck now but this is the last time I come here.

Great space and service is usually ok. Drinks are kind of hit or miss. Staff is usually so distracted by drive-​thru that the line gets neglected at times. Long wait and food orders get forgotten in the microwave. The biggest problem, though, is the stench and cleanliness of the tables/​chairs. It’s becoming a homeless haven. I used to come here all the time but am finally permanently scratching it off my list because of it. It absolutely reeks in here. I’m also not comfortable putting any kind of food on the tables after watching a man re-​lace his filthy shoes on a table and it sat that way for hours afterwards, never cleaned. It’s such a shame because it’s the best starbucks I’ve ever been to otherwise.

They were rude and hurt my feelings. Made it seem like I was troubling them for asking for a bigger bag for my $ 30 Starbucks cup I bought as a gift. Sorry I walked to your store in between doing laundry and it didn’t fit in my purse! Not cool not cool. Learn some manners and don’t make ur bad day affect your paying customers day!

Worst Starbucks experience! People that work here are very rude, very unprofessional and they don’t make you feel welcome. They messed up my order and didn’t even apologize for it, and they treated me with a very bad attitude from the begging to the end for no reason. There are better places to go, I’m definitely never going back here again.

Counters were filthy
Female register girl was rude as was one of the male employees. The only friendly face was the male working the drive through.
People you work at Starbucks for your customer service and today you were very bad

I stopped by a few times while on vacation. My hotel was across the street so this was easy decision. My drinks, and food tasted good each time. Friendly customer service, no waiting, no smokers outside, and no homeless folks to confront.

I’m a hard core Nespresso user so my Starbucks trips have always been sparse. That is until recently.
Drive through service is always impersonal. No names are asked and very rarely is conversation shared. But Eric is truly the sole reason I stop here (almost daily now) for a venti flat white. I could easily make this at home and forgo spending the cash, but he makes the entire «in, out, and onto the next» mentality disappear. He’s always personable. Super sweet. And I think he’s made me laugh every time I’ve come through. Employees like him deserve recognition. When dealing with a long line of folks eager for their morning buzz, it’s easy to lose that pizazz. But he’s genuine when he asks how your day is going. And I don’t know about you, but genuine people make the entire experience of enjoying good coffee that much better.

Usually have a good experience at this location but I ordered a sausage, egg, cheese sandwich this morning and the egg and sausage were still cold… Not a fan of cold eggs.

This has to be the worst Starbucks in the world. The garbage cans are always overflowing with trash. One woman Shanhi something always messes up your order or forgets to make your coffee. The managers don’t seem to care. More like a homeless/​vagabond shelter inside, you see the same 5 people in there every time. The wifi is slow and intermittent. There is a clover however, that deserves a one star. Avoid this location or use the drive thru. They tend to put their «better» staff on drive thru service.

Three times in a row the new guy has messed up my order. It’s like he can’t hear the word iced. Maybe he shouldn’t be rushing if he can’t be accurate? No time to fix this morning but, probably gonna avoid this location now. :/

This Starbucks is the bomb. David is friendly, quick & professional. We were through the line in lightening speed & our complicated order was delivered flawlessly. This is where it’s at!

It’s a Starbucks. It’s actually pretty big inside and has great seating compared to other Starbucks around the world. When I was there it was quiet until a couple started fighting and some dude told them to STFU, then we golf clapped.

Super friendly employees working the drive thru last Sunday. The girl who took our order was making side conversations with me about my phone so of course I liked her haha

Overall, I’m no Starbucks fan because I drink real coffee, BUT this place does work wonders when you are running late and you owe Starbucks to a bunch of people who drink Starbucks because you lost a bet.
It gets points for having a drive-​thru and I have to mention how ridiculously nice the workers are in here. That’s right — I said «workers.» You pump stuff from machines and that doesn’t earn you a title of anything else other than worker.
But might I add, you’re all so frikkin’ pepper jack in the morning.
