The San diego facility is amazing. So far I have had the best experience. I needed a second opinion and everyone from Jesse to my RE are great. I haven’t gotten pregnant yet but I have full confidence that I will with the help of this amazing team. I suggest anyone trying start a family or just get Answers this is the place to go. I will update once I get my little bundle of joy.

Wish we could have chosen another facility. Prior to having surgery my fiancé had to freeze sperm he was having testicles removed due to testicular cancer, first time he went he received a call a few hours later saying they needed a new sample, he went the second time and they didn’t call. Assuming everything went well he had surgery and no one bothered to call and say sample was no good. So someone dropped the ball and now after his surgery he can no longer freeze sperm. These people are very unorganized. When I called Jesse could not give me an answer didn’t even bother to Apologize!!! Stay away from this place!!!
