SERVPRO of La Jolla

House was recently flooded… From the top floor bathroom, leaked through the entire house. It’s been a hard couple of days since we are expecting a newborn baby any day now. I contacted ServPro based on the reviews and was fortunate to get a hold of the ACTUAL owner! Angela assured me that the house will be back to normal, walls would be tested for mold and they have contents removal which will save me the headache of having my stuff moved from a different company. Megan came out the next day and has been working directly with our adjuster since my husband and I have been in and out of the hospital. So far, it’s been an amazing and seamless experience and happy we decided to give them a call! Thank you!

Servpro has just finished working on a water leak at my home that had caused widespread black mold. One of their technicians, Matt worked on the extensive damage done to the carpet and walls. He was here many times over the past weeks working to remove the water damage. Matt could not have been more polite, professional and efficient. He clearly answered any questions I had and left the house clean and orderly after each day’s work. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the chemicals involved in the process of the complete removal of the mold. I would highly recommend Servpro to anyone who has water damage done to their property

ServPro of La Jolla has the most disrespectful and condescending customer service that I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. The few people I have talked to have been so degrading it’s unbelievable.
Not only is their customer service terrible, but their work is shotty at best. It’s been 6 months since I had work completed on a condo building I help manage and they just now thought to reach out to me to have the work paid for, oh and it’s over $ 1,500 more than what they originally estimated!
These people at ServPro are totally shady and not worth the hassle! Go ANYWHERE else if possible! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, ever.

The reason I gave them 2 stars is for quick response but that was it. They we’re suppose to repair everything they tore up, you know, «like it never happened». They left my toilets in the bathtubs! Don’t EVER call this company-​they will tear your house up and leave it-​No Repairs

This serv pro has no customer service. They disposed of trash in my trash container and over filled it. I tried 4 times to talk to the someone and the lady told there too busy. I have talked to other people in the restoration business and they say the same thing. They suck
