My boyfriend and I had to stay in this hotel due to an emergency move and it was close to work and allowed out dog. When we got there there was white dog hair on the bed, the bathroom had definitely not been cleaned, nor had the floor been swept. We cleaned everything and replaced the sheets/blankets with our own on both beds. So then, after being here for like 5 weeks(I have a pit bull and it’s extremely hard to find a home with one) they raised the rent on our room to the summer pricing INMARCH! They never left a notice on anyone’s door, nor put a sign up. According to the neighboring hotel-mates the manager went up there, AFTER they had already paid for a week, and asked them to pay him more due to the new pricing. Which is illegal, they had already paid. The owner is the reason for all of these issues. He is a slum lord money hungry douche. The manager had gotten threatened his pay and that’s why he had to go ask the tenants for the other money, otherwise it was coming out of his paycheck, either way still ILLEGAL. The only reason I gave them more than one star is because the management, Kevin, Kyle, and Gloria(?) really tried hard to make us happy customers, and you can tell they would love to be a better hotel, but the owner won’t change his ways. They were upgrading rooms out of their own pockets and everything. Wonderful management, terrible owners.

Worst. Hotel. Ever. My mother came to visit me from Florida. I go to check her into the Seaside Inn due to the proximity of it to my apartment. Upon checking in, which was $ 75/night(we overheard her neighbors say that they only paid $ 50/night for the same duration.) There are half smoke cigarettes and roaches EVERYWHERE when we walk in. This is supposed to en a nonsmoking room. The guy, Kevin, wrote the wrong date on my moms receipt so one day before she was actually supposed to check out, an angry mentally challenged guy told my mom she had to pack her stuff and leave immediately. After ANHOUR of arguin and showing paper work, Kyle’s brother showed up still in his pajamas, at noon, and eventually admitted he made a mistake. We FINALLY got everything resolved by 2:00 and could begin our day. DONOTSTAYHEREUNLESSYOUPLANONSMOKINGMETH

This was the worst motel I ever stayed in, loud, druggies, no parking, dirty and the lists goes on. No star rating!

This place should be put out of business. When we tried to ‘check in’ from 10am-10:30am there was no one there and the phone was in plain view. We called the number which reaches the phone that we directly stared at. Of course no one was there, and we stood there for 30 minutes. The room was already assigned to us however– we needed a room key. 45 minutes later after we already drove back to PB, then someone was there. They said they were there the whole time however, that’s false because the car was not there when we were originally there. Now there was a white car(which apparently belongs to the couple that had gone missing). We got the key and we go in to take a shower. NOTOWELS. There was unknown stain and some hair in the shower. We asked for towels and was told– no, there wasn’t enough to go around and we would have to wait ANHOUR. Well some of us had to get to work so we couldn’t wait an hour and had to dry off with our old clothes we had worn inside. We didn’t want to stay there the three nights planned, and wanted a refund on the 2nd and third night but there policy is NOREFUNDS once you pay upfront. the following day, the key doesn’t work. at least this time someone was there to reset the key. Just rude customer service, the room itself is disgusting, old and bare minimum. A college kids room in a dorm probably had more things in it. The bed looked like they got it off craigslist. don’t waste your money. I wouldn’t even put my enemy here.
