Very courteous and very fast. There was an issue with billing but it was sorted out fast and efficiently. So great customer service. Carpet was cleaned nicely and both of the crew gave us good insight about popcorn ceilings and its harmful Ness. I’d recommend these guys to rest of my family.

Not one to sing much praises but man! RAUL from SD Sear’s came and cleaned our tile and hardwood floors. The guy worked his tail off sweating. He would not let me help him and assured me that it was «his job» to do it! He was very detailed, courteous and cleaned up after the job was done. Let me say this, if I had a cleaning company, I would probably steal this guy from Sear’s to work for me! :) Give that guy a raise!!! Ask for Raul only when you call…

FYI — this is not a part of the Sears company. These is an independent company that uses the Sears name.
Had them clean my carpet and tile. They damaged most of my baseboards where they cleaned. I’ve called back many, many times and have only had 1 phone call returned in over a month. No one there is able to make any executive decisions at all and will never follow up on any issues. The only person who can make any decisions is the owner, and he hasn’t been in the office for over a month.
Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.
