This place is awesome. Staff is hard working, very knowledgable, kind and generous. I had a bad experience my first time buying a bike at a different bicycle shop and ended up getting a bicycle too big for my size. But with the staff of SD wheels the process of buying a bike was fast and smooth. They sized me and gave me advice on what size was appropriate for me. For any new comers who want a bike but just don’t know that much or what to get, this is the place. Like I said the staff knows there stuff and if they don’t they research it. Anyways I will be bringing my family and friends here for business. I can’t praise them more for all they have done, as I am an extremely happy client.

Had a great experience here today. I bought a Linus Libertine from Chris. He answered all my questions knowledgeably and showed me lots of different options for everything I was looking for in bikes and accessories. The space is really cool and Chris’ staff is very nice. A lot of bike shops can be pretentious but these guys were so friendly. I was happy to give them my business! Thanks Chris.

This shop is akin to the coolest, most delicious, beautifully-​merchandised, and varied candy store on earth for all things bicycle, etc. The Nordstrom of bike stores! Wish, wish, wish that we had something like this in Hawaii but now I have good reason to visit the Mainland. I found items here that I never saw elsewhere. Superb customer service and maintenance as well. I am often in this location and to come across such a gem here is sweet.

The guys at SD Wheel Works were so freaking friendly and knowledgable, dealing with them honestly made my day.
I went in to purchase a new Chrome backpack and was pleased to see they had a huge selection of bags. I explained what I would be using the bag for (traveling), and they took the time to explain the differences between the multiple styles that are offered, giving me the bag of my dreams. I left knowing I’d made the right purchase.
They have so many high quality (and affordable) bikes, accessories and other goodies, I almost walked out of there with way more than I’d set out to purchase.

Went in to look at a bike for myself to get back out there and get some blood flowing. Tom who has the coolest mustache I’ve ever seen helped me out with a new Linus which looks so cool and still gets me goin. He helped me get all the proper things to be safe on the road and to maintain my bike. He also offered me a maintenance program which made me happy that they back their products. Overall super stoked with these guys not only did I leave under budget I left super excited to ride. Thanks guys.
