I purchased a 5 room and hallway package through Groupon. I know that most carpet cleaner companies lure people in with a low basic rate then try to upsell for special treatments. These guys were the worst. This is the first time I’ve ever had someone completely refuse to do the basic treatment unless I paid extra. If I hadn’t already moved all my furniture, I would’ve told the guy to get lost and demand a refund. The upsell price started at $ 80. I finally agreed to $ 40 and feel like a total schmuck for doing so. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that he actually did a good job cleaning the carpet.

Purchased 3 room carpet cleaning on Living Social for $ 49, then when the tech came to do the job, he informed me they charge an additional $ 29 to spray and treat any spots on the carpet. .
What a rip off!!! They should communicate that before you buy the service!
Will NEVER use them again.
