Came to this place looking for an office chair to buy used. Walked out without one, but as someone who over-​do his research before purchasing anything, I would say this place is a solid choice for those who are looking for office furniture for cheap/​used. Definitely take advantage of the Unilocal deals and the 10% offer, and make sure to explore their used chairs stacked in shelves within their warehouse! Got a friendly welcome 30 minute before closing, and was given the tour around the facility and the freedom to roam around looking and sitting in plenty of chairs. Would come back when I do need additional chairs/​desks.

I love the staff here, especially Jordan, the owner. You can tell he actually loves office furniture. The place has a huge selection and is always getting more items in. Even though I can order everything I need from their website now, I still like going in so I can look at some of the stuff up close. It’s great if I need an extra chair or filing cabinet. Also, don’t forget to check out the great deals on the sale rack in the back.

Mine was not a large purchase, just a drafting stool. But they were helpful and had what I wanted, and even met the lower price of a competitor. I would go back if I need office furniture.

Our office needed a credenza and we looked all over for something in good shape, well-​built, and nice looking with a decent price. After searching craigslist and other used furniture stores, we found SD Offices website and I couldn’t believe the price for the large credenza we ordered.
We are very pleased with the product’s quality and look, the delivery and installation was easy and the men were very friendly and accommodating, and the communication from SD Office, especially Sarah, was great through the entire process.

I recently had to redo my home office for my start up business in ESL publication, and I was recommended to SD Office. I was told that the customer service, product quality and overall diversity of available office furniture was great — but I didn’t realize that I’d also find their professionalism overwhelmingly helpful.

My company was looking for a new reception desk. Once we found the style we liked we contacted San Diego Office & Modular Design. Their price was a bit higher but they immediately matched the lower price I had found else where.
When the desk arrived, the workers noticed the glass front was broken. They apologized for the inconvenience and promptly put in a call to re-​order the broken piece. Within about a week, we had the new part and the desk was assembled. However, once the reception desk was completely assembled, we noticed the dimensions were not what we expected. Vincent and the team at SDOMD quickly offered a solution of cutting down the desk return to provide more room. We were hesitant at first but Vince assured us that he was very comfortable making adjustments and had done so many times in the past. So, for an additional fee we had the desk cut down to size and it fits our reception area perfectly now. I would recommend San Diego Office & Modular Design because their customer service skills are top notch. They do more than just sale furniture. When faced with delimmas, they provide solutions.

SD Office outfitted our entire office with new desks and we love them! We opted to have everything assembled for us and they delivered the fully assembly pieces on time and even work with us on moving things around a few times. Everyone at their office is very friendly and will answer any questions you may have.

They have a decent selection of used office furniture, mostly desk chairs, however everything they have is really ugly. It’s super generic, regular and boring. Prices are fair, but I would never buy something from here because looking at it everyday would depress me. Minus one star for over posting on craigslist and using keywords that are misleading (ie. «Herman Miller»).

I would not recommend all they want to do is sell new to make greater profits. i asked the sales person for a 3X6 office desk. He said I don’t have anything used want new? I asked what about this desk? He said that’s 30×66 inches I said, Isn’t that 3 by 5 ½ feet? He said did not know you wanted that size? and then asked I can help you with new?
