Just moved to the area and had a coffee table that we didn’t want, by chance I walked in to ask if they consigned or accepted trade and I was treated so rudely that I was literally dumbfounded. I get it, you don’t consign or trade, but they could just told me exactly that and I would have been on my way. We are actually in the market for quite a bit of furniture after our move, and at first glance they had some really nice, rustic pieces — but out of principal — not a chance.
Immediately I could tell that they were going to continue to be rude, so I asked if they knew anywhere around the area, because I had just moved from out of town, that did furniture consignment and one of the ladies replied, «maybe google it». A simple no, and maybe looking up from your newspaper while a potential customer is engaging with you would have sufficed.
I didn’t even want to type this review until I just looked them up again considering giving them another chance (we need furniture, and ikea is a big no) and saw the first review about their rudeness.

I walked in here because they have really cute stuff, but it is expensive. The women working gave me a dirty look and didn’t even bother to greet me. I don’t understand how you can work in a business that is customer oriented and just ignore someone. I will never go back. I don’t know how they sell anything with their piss poor attitude.
