I have always had a wonderful experience with Dr. Pacella. He is able to spend a lot of time listening to my concerns and proposes great solutions. He never makes me feel rushed. His office is welcoming and professional. I recently tried Dysport for the first time after telling Dr. Pacella I wanted a natural-​looking anti-​aging aesthetic. I love the results and could immediately see a difference. Since I wasn’t the expert on Dysport, I asked a ton of questions and he was able to explain how it worked, what I could expect, and why I needed injections in which areas. The results of my Breast Augmentation and mini tummy tuck by Dr. Salvatore Pacella were even better than expected!!! My body looks amazing. Dr. Pacella is truly a master of reconstructive plastic surgery! I had breast implants put in 30 years ago by an unknown doctor and after giving birth to two children, one cesarean, and breast feeding, I had one extremely encapsulated breast. Dr. Pacella removed the painful mass and reconstructed both my breast which now match up perfectly! I had an ugly c-​section scar and a fat muffin top that no amount of exercise would fix. Dr. Pacella performed a little lipo, pulled my skin together tightly, and inscribed a razor thin incision just below my bikini line. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and i felt safe because my procedure was done in a hospital instead of a doctor’s office. I confidently recommend Dr. Pacella to anyone with doubts. As a Stage 111, breast cancer survivor, double mastectomy and five unsuccessful reconstruction operations by another doctor, I was blessed to become a patient of Dr Pacella by default. He is professional, brilliant and an extremely talented cosmetic surgeon. When I met him the first time my situation was dire, it was eventually decided to remove both my unsuccessful implants. He then perfomed a tram flap operation on the left side and diep flap was performed at the same time, on the right side. Another small followup operation and then finally an amazing nipple reconstruction using a skin graft, no tattoing. Dr. Pacella gave me back my physical self esteem, listened to my requests and has the rare ability to place his patients needs above all else.
