RPM does not care about their employees… Their treatment of employees is the same with Darlene gone… The pressure comes from the district Manager Karen Hoffman who is good friends with the HR person. If you complained to HR then next day would be filled with what Karen call audits and training opportunities. Also Karen will promise you anything such as bonuses extra personal or raises to get you to do what ever she asked. most are tedious and unnecessary activity such as weeding. Also if you are unable to finish theses assignment she writes it down as insubordination. The only person above Karen is the owner and people that complain to him are pushed out with extra activities on top of their normal job responsibilities or simply fired for insubordination … All in all the management is the worst i have ever worked for extremely dishonest and unjust. If you receive a job there stay away from Karen she would rather hire a new employee then do anything that puts her bonus in jeopardy.
