An absolute rip-​off run at odd hours by dirty, rude employees who refuse to pay for more than 50 cans even if you bring in three times that amount. That Ralphs affiliates itself with these scam bums is one reason I’ve started shopping at Albertsons.

I live in the same complex as this recycling place and would rather go miles away or across town before I ever go there again! Pulled up during they’re lunch sorry honest mistake & the employee and I think girlfriend or maybe other employee & a security guard, were so rude to my husband&I.We didn’t try to hurry them or insist they take our items. We politely asked when there lunch was over & they rolled there eyes & point to the plastic we’ll be back sign and gave us dirty looks for Us interrupting they’re break! How dare us! I will never come back to this place even though it’s literally less than 100 yards for our condo and we can redeem our recycling at the adjacent Ralph’s that we shop at. I understand they deal with all kinds of people and should enjoy there break, but they don’t have to be unwelcoming and rude to customers, yes we are customers. This is a business that pays there salary&makes $ Off my attempt to better the enviroment&get a return on the crv we pay for! This isn’t our 1^st bad experience with this location different employee same rudeness! It’s just so convenient to our home, but no convenience is worth being treated like crap by jerks! I would just give my recycling to the needy walking by my apartment, but then they would probably take it here. So I will go outta my way to recycle with a different company and donate it!

Steve and Brian, you guys work hard im sure, but damn, did you have to make a first time customer feel bad for just trying you out? i wish i hadnt. i cant believe that without my consent weighed my recyclables instead of helping me put them through individually! and knowing that there would be a price difference i asked how much of one. they reply, «not much»! so, you willingly took MY property and processed them in a way that you KNOWINGLY knew would be less than what i had intentionally asked you to do, which was individual process, because it was faster for you to weigh them and go home? Screw me, right?! REALLY?! Replanet should recycle their business to one that provides some actual customer service. wow.

I came here with 120 bottles and they would only give me credit for 50. So instead of $ 12 I got $ 5.58!!! WTF! I paid $ 2 per case CRV! Total crap!

Five stars for the «ground level» heads that work there! One star for the corporation that is, Re-​planet!
