Rainbow Supermarket

Yesterday, I bought a lot of things in this shop, Water is very heavy, I could not move! A male service staff to help me move the car! I am very satisfied with his service! I would often visit the shop! In this heartfelt blessing

I love this store you buy a 40lb box of chicken for $ 20.00. Do not know very meant store that do this. Greta service and good prices. I bought me a flat of 24 eggs for $ 2.50 .That better then food for less.

My favorite place to buy meat packages… good variety and prices. The meat here tastes better ive bought other places.

Getting 8 – 2.5lb bags of ground beef for Ruby’s Care meals and her world famous LOOMPYA. These are my favorite Ruby runs. She knows my favorite foods. Yummmmmmmy. Hopefully I can make a Sunday pic-​nic @ Mike & Laurees’ soon cause my friends are always asking. Ruby loves blessing my friends. Her shoulder is starting to feel better. Clean=Check, Smell=Check, too many people in the store? Um, it was just ok. I will be back I guess. Their meat dept looked clean as well.

We love this market. Mark the owner is awesome. He really takes his time to go over items and best picks what we need for our household. The quality of the meat is top A1. I am so glad that I decided to look at the penny ever and that is how I stumbled on this market. The amount of meat that you get from their variety of packages is outstanding and we still have meat left when we re-​order again for the month. What I love is that if you do not want a certain item he will substitute it for another item of your choosing. Mark you guys keep up the good work because we will refer our friends and family. We re moving town affordable housing right behind us in Dec and we will let all the residents know about this supermarket. Mark again you guys are AWESOME!!!

This store has the best carne asada meat! It’s always fresh and very clean. Today we purchased 5 lbs of carne and 2 lbs of pollo asada and of course all the sides that complement the Mexican dish. All I gotta say is that all my guests were stuffed and made for a great 4^th of July. I will definitely be trying their other options of meats.

I have been coming to this store for many years, first with my Grandmother as a child and now as an adult. Needless to say the store has been through a couple of owners, but this is truly the best the store has ever been. I am so impressed by the commitment of the owner to keep prices reasonable, yet not sacrifice quality of the meat and other products. I have also come to them on behalf of my kid’s school, as they are in the same neighborhood. Mark, the owner, bent over backwards to help us out, and we came to him at the last minute. I feel very fortunate to have them in our area, and I hope they continue to do well.

Don’t piss off the store owner, he has a temper.
I went to rent a Uhaul there and was a little late. He gave me so much grief. First after being 15 minutes late to our rental time online, we waited for 25 minutes for him to get out of the back. Then he went to talk to all of his vendors first. As we finally start to check out I asked how much longer. He then throws my credit cared and license back at me and says «I don’t need your money, this is a side business. If you want to be an asshole I can be the biggest asshole»
OUCH!!!
So after being in that store for over 40 minutes, we finally get our uhaul and make like a tree and leave.
Where did the customer service go?
I must say that the staff were quite polite. They went to look for him for me. They did walk on eggshells while he came out. I feel for the employees out there.
Beware the owner.

I love this market, and feel so lucky we stumbled across it! There are great buys with produce, and I get a lot of my meat there. Very fresh, very reasonable prices.
The staff is always extra polite and helpful, not a surly one in the bunch. I also like that every time I visit the store they’ve added something new. It’s worth the trip for me every time.

My co-​worker mentioned this place to me, said he get his meat here and it’s always great quality. So I asked him if they sell the meat freezer packs and he said yes. So I looked up the number and called.
Right from when i called, i was impressed. I asked them to fax me the meat packages because the guy on the phone said they had like 30 different ones! One of the owners, Mark, was super nice and faxed it over.
So, today was my first visit there. The store was clean, the quality of the meat is amazing, and the people (employees and customers!) were so nice!!! i’ve always shopped at the chain supermarkets and this other place on imperial and i never got this kind of treatment, or great quality with low prices! The prices are amazing! I don’t want to buy my meats anywhere else as long as this place is open. and did i mention i drove from Mira Mesa? well, I drove all the way from Mira Mesa to check this place out and i will keep driving back to Rainbow Market to buy meat packs!
If you love meat, this is the place! :) no, wait… if you love food and want to save money, this place is so worth it. If you don’t live in the area, make sure you get on the mailing list so you can get their ads. Like i said, the prices are amazing!

I am so thankful for this new, neighborhood market. I used to get my vegetables and fruit at Henry’s, but the prices here are actually lower!
They are constantly making improvements, too. Every time I go in, there is another new reason to keep coming back. Plus, the staff is extremely friendly.
I love being able to support a local, NON-​CHAIN business.
