I definitely recommend Rachael in helping you purchase a home. I was a first time home buyer and she made the entire process run as smoothly as possible. She listened to everything that I wanted in a home, she helped me keep realistic expectations and to see the potential in owning my own home. She cares about her clients and ensuring they buy what is right for them. I will definitely be using her again when I am ready to buy a bigger home.

I was in the market to buy a house in San Diego. I am a first time home buyer so the whole process was confusing and overwhelming to me. Rachael was very helpful in making me feel comfortable and help me understand the home buying process. I wasn’t sure what kind of home I wanted to buy, whether it be a condo or a single family. She showed me 30 some homes of different types, and wrote about 5 offers for me all together. And finally after 4 months, we finally found the right one. She is very friendly and honest in her opinion. No where in the process did I feel like she was being pushy or unreasonable. She is very responsive in email or text. She’ll answer my calls anytime even late at night. I really enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her!
