Quality appliance was very good to me. I bought a stacked set, pre owned electric washer dryer. They give a 3 month warranty with the purchase. My dryer squeaked when I first installed it and Kevin came and repaired it for me right away. 4 months later the washer had a small leak and even out of warranty Kevin came and repaired it I am thrilled. I am very happy with the product they sold me and I’m thrilled with the attention Kevin gave me to resolve my small problems. I highly recommend this company for your own use.

As a Property Management company, we are always looking for reliable vendors with reasonable pricing. Quality Appliances has yet to let us down. When we need an appliance quick they always deliver. When the appliances we buy from them break down or fail, they go out right away to solve the problem without an extra charge. They have always been very respectful and helpful. If you’re looking for a second hand appliance(they even sometimes have brand new appliances) with reliable service and delivery, this is the place to go.

Stay clear of this place… husband had the guy come out and fix our oven… was so happy it was a fair price EXCEPT it broke within 6 months, we also purchased a used frig from them and after a few days it was like it had a waterfall in the freezer running into the frig part. I also went into the shop to purchase a part for my washer the same part a friend had bought a few weeks before he paid 15 dollars for the part the woman told me it ws 25 dollars for me… she is mean as a snake too… BEWARE

Unbelievably unprofessional and rude! We purchased an extended warranty for our dishwasher. When it stopped working, the warranty company sent out a repairman from Quality Appliance. He stood in my kitchen and told me it was probably the upper sprayers and that he could order the parts. After two weeks I called and spoke to Lucy. She was rude and belligerent. She told me the repairman reported back to her that nothing was wrong with the dishwasher. I repeated what he told me. She denied it, yelling, «NO! NO! NO! THERENOTINGWONGWITYOUDISHWASHE! She then asked me to tell her the name of the repairman and when I couldn’t think of it she said, SEE! A-HA! YOUNOTELLMETHENAMEOFTHEREPAIRMAN, I GIVEYOUNOINFORMATION. It was outrageous! I had the invoice in my hand but she refused to help me. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she told me she was the boss. DONOTBUYANYTHINGFROMTHISCOMPANY! Wish I could give them negative stars but one is the lowest. Peace on you and your family if your extended warranty company sends them to your home for repairs!

Came out and repaired; 2 months later dryer stop heating up. Called, emailed, and went to website, to this date still no response. If anyone wants their dryer serviced, call another company… won’t matter they don’t answer the phone anyway! Maybe they are a part of AT&T!

Dealing with Quality Appliance was kind of a mixed experience. I’ve purchased two items from them in the past the first time I purchased a new cheaper stove from my rental in El Cajon everything went smoothly couldn’t as for better service Kevin showed up on time and took the old stove away and put in the new one. I would give that experience a five out of five. The second time my wife and I went down to see a used refrigerator that was selling for about half price of a new one. So I figured there was some negation room as far as price, well when I started to try to negotiate Kevin wasn’t interested in the least not one dollar and he seemed to be getting irritated by me offering less. Well fine my wife and I wanted the fridge so we agreed to what he was asking $ 1200. Well i figured since I was spending that amount of money that there would be a little flexibility as far as the delivery charge and at first there wasn’t at this point I was ready to walk away from the deal but seeing that Kevin agreed to knockoff $ 25 and take our old fridge to our rental property. All was good and fine except on the day he delivers his helper boy called in sick and Kevin had to do everything himself and he just seemed to have an unpleasant attitude. He did everything he said he would but I just didn’t get the feeling he was happy about having our business. So I would rate the last experience a two. So I sort of averaged the two and five rating and gave them a three. Conclusion: No price flexibility they do what they say they will do, although not always with a smile.

Kevin provided excellent service. He answered my call promptly and gave me several ideas of what was ailing my dryer. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced in his craft. His diagnostic charge was very reasonable and of course applied to his service repair. He had to order parts and had a rush order for me. GREAT! He called me as soon as he received the parts; we set up a time for him to come over that day. He arrived on time fixed my dryer. I am soon happy. Let me tell you it is much more confortable to wear dry clothes then wet ones. Thank you Kevin

I’ve purchased appliances here in the past, and have always been well taken care of. I recently needed repair on a washing machine, and after calling 2 other appliance repair shops, and Quality gave me the best service over the phone, so I decided to go in. Not only did they beat other shops estimates to repair my washing machine, but they also performed the service, while I waited! Very impressive considering that other shops were quoting 2 – 3 days turn around time.
