Pro Turf Plus

I was excited when I called Pro Turf Plus about aerating my lawns, they were significantly cheaper and could come the next day at 8am, As directed by Matt I watered heavily so the machine would be more effective.
The next day, no show and no call. That happened 3 more times in the morning before I had to leave. I called when I returned late afternoon since there was no message on my phone. I left a message several days later telling them I hoped there hadn’t been an illness or accident, but to please call me.
It’s been a week since my first contact with Pro Turf Plus and I still haven’t heard a word from them. I worked in the Landscape industry for 25 years and owned a landscape maintenance for 12 years. I think I know a bit about customer service and the way I was treated was beyond poor customer service, it was no service.
I hired another company who came today, did an excellent job with no problems. It was more expensive, but worth the extra money.

I had a dining table that I couldn’t sell on Craigslist and I called Pro Turf Plus and they showed up right away. They we’re fast, friendly and professional. I Would use them again if and when I needed something removed.

I don’t have a truck, so after some research, I called Pro Turf Plus to remove an old couch. They picked it up same day, and the cost was less than renting a truck, and taking it to the dump. I used them a few weeks later to haul a mattress and box spring away, and again, they showed up same day, on time, and they were extremely friendly.
In summary, if you don’t have a means to dispose of your unwanted stuff, I highly recommend giving Pro Turf Plus a call.
