Hit or miss, but mostly miss. At first, I had business cards printed on short notice and Print Co did a fine job. Then, had a batch of 500 color copies made and over half of them came out with streaks and weak colors. When I first called about it, the owner Jeff offered to give me credit for the next job which was unacceptable to me. It wasn’t until I actually went in to the office and showed him the«quality» in person that he agreed to re print the remaining copies again at his cost. The second batch was ok but by this time, obviously well past when I should have had the entire print job completed. I assumed as a business owner he would have offered to do this regardless. Later on, I continued to get calls from Jeff stating that they would like to bid on more work. I told him I was not interested since I had moved. Just today he called again and I reminded him we had already spoken about this and I was only calling him back so he could remove me off his list. Without so much as a «thanks for letting me know» he just hung up on me. You can certainly get printing done from another company more willing to earn your business. Special note– the gentleman who does the design work and sits in the front is helpful.

I should have known this place was shady when I was told they only accept cash. The owner, Jeff, is an ultra-stingy Asian guy who will not compensate you in any way, even when his designer messes up your marketing material. They charged me a $ 15 fee just to fit my already finished design to a 5×7 postcard, and the so-called graphic designer made several basic mistakes that showed up in the finished job, including a text error caused when she was shifting some of the text to the right, and an obvious misalignment of the image on the backside of the postcard. When I went back in and showed them the issue, Jeff refused to compensate me in any way. I asked to have the job re-done(which a place like Vistaprint would do in 2 seconds), and was denied. Then I asked for a discount to compensate for the erroneous print job, and was flat out denied that as well. Not even a $ discount. Jeff was«gracious» enough to offer me a «credit» on my «next job» with them. «Next job»? You mean the one I will be giving to one of your competitors? As disappointed as I am, I know it’s ultimately the owner’s loss, because needless to say my rapidly growing business will take all of its print work elsewhere going forward…
